My son & I enjoyed a facial and massage and I would definitely recommend The Balay Spa, ask for Amy, she was so excellent. My facial left my face so clean, smooth, and hydrated, I'm glowing! The products are organic and smell amazing. The massage was heavenly. Amy checked in with me frequently to ensure my comfort all along the way. The whole experience was 1.5 hrs of well-overdue pampering. Check it out if you're just visiting or live in the area, you won't be disappointed.

This spa is a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave everything is 10 out of 10. You are greeted by the friendliest of people. I had the Sanctuary Indulgence and came away feeling like a new person. The products they use are Eminence - top of the line. Highly recommend and will be back.

This was my first visit to Balay Spa, and it did not disappoint! I had the Sanctuary Indulgence massage and facial, and it was an amazing experience. This place is a gem, and I can't believe that I didn't know it was in my neighbourhood! The staff are lovely, and very attentive. I have already purchased a gift certificate for a friend to experience this spa, and I will definitely be recommending it to others and returning for future treatments myself!

Lovely experience. Will go back and make it my new go-to. It was easy to make an appointment online without much advance notice. Everyone was ‘expensive spa’ quality customer service and the environment was calming and clean.

I recently visited the balay Spa for a much-needed relaxation session and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly and professional, the ambiance was peaceful. shout out to Ms. Tam who did a great massage experience to me. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend!

My husband and I each had the Spa Discovery package and it was glorious! We felt like jello afterwards. 😊 The service and experience were wonderful, and we both highly recommend this spa and that treatment. Location is one street up from Lonsdale Quay Market.

Rochelle was great, nice strong hands giving a really good all over massage. The facial was nice too, different than I expected as there were no extractions. Bathroom had a not so pleasant smell, I think it needed to be freshened up. would have been nice to have a eucalyptus or lavender scent throughout the spa.

I had the best massage and facial today. I came in with a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck which I've had for many years and Donna got rid of my pain in one massage. My daughter had the same treatment with another masseuse and she had the same great service. I highly recommend Balay Spa.

I went to Balay Spa for the first time with 4 of my girlfriends for massages. We all give the spa a 10 out of 10! The estheticians were wonderful, and the massages were great. I plan to go back and try a facial next time!
