Deep Cove Kayak is literally the #1 destination "to do" when visiting Vancouver...yes you'd think renting bikes and riding the Stanley Park Seawall, but I can assure you there is nothing like paddling on the beautiful waters of the Indian Arm. I bought a 'surprise' birthday day for my husband, we rented 2 kayaks at Deep Cove Kayaks and got... More

Me and my nieces tried this stand up paddle boarding for the first time. We only made a reservation thru phone call and we were accommodated for the day around 4pm. It was slightly difficult to try and stand up but after a while you get the hang of it. I fell from.my board and the water was cold coz... More

It was a rainy day when we went, but it was still a lot of fun. The weather actually made it feel like a bit of an adventure. Our guide was really nice, and we had a great time. Deep Cove is beautiful!

Great for any level of experience. Our guide Dan was fantastic! The scenery is majestic. Get there early to walk around the area and get some Honey's Donuts to keep your energy level up.

Several times over the years I have rent a sea kayak and headed out for a day of visiting with a friend. I try to go 2 or 3 times a summer season. You must reserve ahead. This time the place was packed with customers but the staff remained cheerful and helpful and on task in the melee! They were... More

My fiance and I did the Deep Cove Explorer tour with James and had an excellent time. We spent three hours getting a good workout in, seeing some wildlife and hearing stories about the different islands in the Indian Arm and how they came to be. James did an excellent job of guiding us. Huge plus was the donuts from... More

I highly recommend this tour if you’re new to kayaking. Special kudos to Dan Cullen! You couldn’t ask for a better guide. Although I didn't bring mine, I recommend that you bring your camera - you'll be rewarded with amazing views. I look forward to exploring more of Deep Cove the next time I visit Vancouver.

We did the Deep Cove tour. Highly recommended. We saw a seal, star fish and jelly fish. Clear water surrounded by large mountains. The guide keeps everyone together. Perfect for inexperienced kayakers.

Amazing experience! Great guide in Andy, we had a still calm night, too many clouds to see the moon, but great scenery before sunset, and awesome paddling back in the dark!

Came up to Deep Cove with two friends to experience the moonlight kayak tour. The moon did not show itself, but the kayak tour exceeded our expectations. The number of boats, speed of kayaks, and number of guides was perfect. We stopped a few times to gather the group, everyone was pretty relaxed and comfortable. There were stories, laughter, and...
