The staff here were very understanding and accommodating about our changing plans and helped us load and unload our kayaks with ease.

Staff at Takaya tours were fantastic. Hanna provided some great advice on areas we could access during our 3 hour kayak trip. Entire team was extremely helpful and informative. Equipment was in great shape and ready for our arrival. Thanks for a great day! Will definitely do it again.

It was my first time doing this. I went with my brother and we both have an amazing experience! We loved the view, very good staff service, and make us feel safe.
Very recommended!

Great solo paddle around jug island! Very serene and quiet when there's a bit of rain. Fantastic staff!

Loved it all the way, they even push you in the water, haha. I kayaked for the first time and enjoyed my 2 hours in the water

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried the kayaks down and sent us off. The sun was shining. Great paddle for the afternoon.

The paddling experience itself was excellent. Some people have written about coming early to get parking, but that won't help you if there just isn't any parking to be had, as you should expect on any sunny summer weekend. Arrange to take transit or get dropped off. If Takaya has any sway with any of the people who make land use decisions, they would be well served to get themselves exclusive customer parking.

The employees working on sept 5 were amazing. They went above and beyond and were so kind when we ran into a hiccup. They were accommodating and understanding so we really appreciated it. Beautiful area to kayak and have a picnic afterwards. Concession was closed though. Great price and easy to reserve online.
