The weather was perfect, the staff very helpful and water conditions were good. Only complaint I have (and Takaya Tours has no control) is the fact that the speed boats did not follow the courtesy rules of the water. We had to struggle with their...More

As there's no other Kayak rental place around them, they will treat you however they want. Kayaking itself is really nice but be prepared for surprises and rude staff.

Started a bit disorganized and some confusion with the booking, but the staff were so friendly and genuinely cared about our experience. I would take that over the corporate standard of customer service any day! Will definitely go back.

Hi, unfortunately, you can only use the groupon for a 2hr rental. You will have to pay the difference depending on how many extra hours you want. Please call Belcarra paddling centre 604-936-0236 to make your booking. Thanks!
