Always such welcoming and friendly staff and such a beautiful and clean environment (the bathroom alone is beyond words, gorgeous! I mean it, go check it out!) I go once a month for an RMT massage and I feel like a million bucks after. Mable does a fantastic massage, gets all the knots and stiffness out! In the winter, the massage bed is already preheated warm and toasty (which is a very under-rated action that makes the experience so much more enjoyable!)
I haven’t tried their other services but I will in the future! Customer service is excellent and the ladies are always happy to chat to their guests! (Until it’s massage time, then shhhh). Beautiful and relaxing ambiance (quiet) with delightful music.
I’m regards to the negative comments that were listed below, I have been going here for YEARS for my massages and I have never, not once, been unhappy with my service. They truly have a wonderful team of lovely employees and do such a phenomenal job! I will be coming back for many more years to come! Five stars!!

My sisters and I came here for our annual spa day together. They could not have been more accommodating, kind, and in the spirit of our sisters day intentions. The spa is clean and inviting and the treatments well executed. Every staff member made us feel welcomed and relaxed. We each enjoyed our various treatments very much, and walked out with very relaxed (and rejuvenated looking) smiles on our faces!

If ever in Markham, Ontario on Hwy 7, east of Warden Ave, you MUST ABSOLUTELY visit Silver Leaf Day Spa! They are fantastic. The experience is amazing,the warming tables used for treatments are dreamy..
And you will dream. The staff are wonderful and treatments are magical. Only downside...the time flies too fast. Worth every penny.

It was my first time at this spa. I was very impressed of how clean and well kept the place is. Very friendly and welcoming staff, very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I had a massage with Dolly and she was excellent. I came here with a gift certificate ( without me checking it first) it was expired. Yvonne, the owner, was very professional, customer oriented and very accomodating and kind enough to still honor it. I went to many spas before and Siver Leaf is now at the top of my list. I will definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone. It really deserves the 5 star rating!

The spa is nice and staff are friendly. However, I booked my husband a 1hr massage which was only 45mins and I booked the 1hr pedicure which was also only 45mins. But we were charged for the hour services. I feel they cut us short than what we had booked. If it wasn’t because the lady who did my pedi did such a good job I would have said something but decided just to pay and we won’t be going there again.

Our company sent all of us to this spa. It was awesome! We all felt relaxed as soon as we walked in the door. I had a lady named Mary and she was very good! I had the massage, facial, mani & pedi. We were all treated wonderful. Smash kitchen catered our lunch and it was a wonderful day! Highly recommend this spa! Never felt rushed and walked out feeling like a new person.

Went for a facial and, at the very beginning, the woman doing my facial said to me, "I'll bet you were pretty when you were young!" Gave me a decent facial, but her comment left me feeling like an old crone. Won't go back.

I purchased a 4.5-hour spa package for my wife and her best friend and they both love it. They said the place was clean, professional and staff courteous. They also had an included lunch and it was a great day for both of them. The reason for the 4 star rating is that my wife came home really sore as the person who did her massage was very rough. She was sore for a few days, but she said it's a nice place to go to. There is no pool nor hot tub, bt they were planning on using it anyway.

Went in for a Brazilian wax and had to leave with an incomplete wax. I was in a rush to get a wax done so I booked here since I live so close. I usually go to a place downtown that uses hard wax where I'm in and out in 30 minutes. I have a very high threshold for pain so I'm usually fine with getting waxed in sensitive areas. The room was very dimly lit and there wasn't enough hygienic paper on the waxing bed. Also, I knew my experience wasn't going to be great when the aesthetician pulled out strips instead of hard wax. She basically started tearing chunks of hair (not strips) from the most painful areas at once, and where my usual aesthetician alternates between painful and non-painful areas (and cool compresses in-between), this lady just went to town. There was no warning or attention to detail, she just kept saying I'm sensitive even though I didn't mutter a word. Clearly she could see I was in a lot of pain. I had to stop her near the end because I couldn't take the pain anymore (plus I was being asked to hold areas while she waxed, when in my 12+ years of Brazilian waxing, I have never had to do that). Then I was asked to look at the area with a mirror and okay the job. I don't know how they think this practice is okay... I'm paying for THEM to make sure it's okay, not for me to crouch around looking at my nether areas in a mirror. In the end, she squirted some lotion on me and asked me to spread it all over, wash my hands, dress, and leave - all while she was still in the room. I did not feel like I had a 'spa' experience and this whole painful and embarrassing ordeal cost me $70 not including the tip. Major rip off for a shoddy and poor service. Now I have to make an appointment at my normal place to have the remaining hair removed. What a waste of time and money.
I've been going to the same place to get a Brazilian wax since I was in my late teens. Deviating from the norm was a huge regret. When I went home, the waxed areas were swollen and red, there was wax residue all over that took me a while in the shower to remove, and I had to use cold compresses to reduce the redness and swelling.
The ladies in the front were courteous and the overall look of the place was okay, but I will never go to this so-called spa again. Not for any service, ever.
