Created to capture the vision of la dolce vita - paying homage to the Italian ways - LaStella boldly stepped into the spotlight in 2006. Just as a symphony has its tempo, so do the musically inspired LaStella wines: Leggiero, Vivace, Allegretto, Fortissimo, and Maestoso. Situated by Osoyoos Lake in the South Okanagan Valley, at the northernmost tip of the Sonoran desert, LaStella's commitment to winemaking excellence is its driving force. Low input viticulture and non-interventionist winemaking philosophy is what has lead to their rise and sought-after following. Their award-winning wines are available nationwide and internationally at select culinary hot spots, gastronomical institutions and fine wine merchants. A symphony for the senses. We invite you to visit us, our Tasting Room hours are as follows: Nov 1 - March 15: By Appointment only. March 16 - May 15: 7 days a week 11am-5pm. May 16 - June 30: Sun-Wed 11am-5pm, Thurs-Sat 10:30am-6:30pm. July 1 - Sept 30: 7 days a week 10:30am-6:30pm. Oct 1 -Oct 31: 7 days a week 11am- 5pm.

Perfect site for my Engagement

Picked this winery for the location and view to propose to my girlfriend. The tower was beautiful and Trish worked with me to have the perfect set up. Thank you.

What a gorgeous little winery. Amazing patio, great view. The sample sizes were extremely small, but the proceeds went to charity. My recommendation is get a glass(full) and go sit on the patio and relax.

Visited La Stella yesterday as the last stop on our wine tour. Charged us $10 each for the tasting as minimum spend to avoid fee is $35 each. We bought 2 bottles but they cost $21.99 so not enough to avoid fee. Ridiculous! None of the other 6 we visited did this. We had the least amount of wines to... More

We are truly dismayed to hear about your experience in our tasting room. We pride ourselves on our friendly service, our attention to detail, and the courtesy we show all of our customers and fellow wineries in the region. As you can see from the multitude of positive reviews we consistently receive, clearly we fell short of these standards during... More

The winery architecture is reminiscent of northern Italy. The view across the vineyard from the winery patio reminded us of Tuscany... . While no particular wine stood out, the 2015 Leggerio Unwooded Chardonnay was selected as highly appropriate for the evening's barbecued salmon... and was perfect for that later occasion.

We sat on the patio for our tasting which offered a lovely view. The wines were nice but none jumped out at us. Friendly staff.

Delightful staff but the wine tasting was $10 and portion size tiny. The wine itself not impressive compared to others locally but the young man who was looking after us was interesting and informative Good terrace

The people at Stella's are great. It is very nice to have someone serving you wine at the tasting that also knows when is the time to open your wine and how long to shelve it. The wine especially may be a bit on the pricy side but in.my opinion probably worth it. Enjoy.

Fabulous wines. Friendly and knowledgable people. Did I mention the wines? Wow some of the best in the Okanagan. A must visit.

Beautiful setting, we did our wine tasting out on a balcony overlooking the lake and vineyards. There is also a small tower you can climb up for a good view of the surroundings. Wine tasting was average, it was a set tasting and nothing took our fancy (1 white, 1 rose, 1 red and one dessert wine). I prefer when... More

The winery looks equally as beautiful as most others in the area, but strangely chooses to charge a $10 fee to stand at the tasting bar & sample just 4 wines - the highest fee we've seen in the Okanagan. We love wine sampling in this area, but needless to say, with so many other exceptional wineries offering complimentary tastings... More
