Great to find a place to rent a new travel trailer for a reasonable price for 3 days in high season. Friendly staff and efficient service. Had a battery issue which was dealt with fairly and quickly. Would absolutely rent from X Motor again!

It took my husband, two daughters and myself two hours to clean the "new" trailer the day we picked it up. We are experienced RV renters and have realistic expectations. Our cleaning cloths were black. It was disgusting. We load up (now running late) and the trailers braking system is non-functional. Thankfully we are experienced RV people because your average joe would not have known. Unbelievable that these people permit renters to drive off without inspecting the braking system. Never again (assuming we even get to take this vacation, some sites we booked 8m ago and not looking good to get going). Staff unknowledgeable and unhelpful.

Took our truck to the Ford dealer and issue NOT our (new) equipment we had to leave by 4pm to get to our first reservation before gate closure. It's almost 5pm now. Vacation day wasted. Company is replacing brakes on this supposedly "new" trailer. Won't be done to salvage this first day of vacation. They are horrible. Unit supplies with non-RV toilet paper and no chemicals either. Rookies. Strongly recommend Traveland RVs in Langley. Their units are spotless and fit to drive anywhere, mountains or long haul.

Reasonable rates compared to their competitors, very friendly and accommodating staff. We rented a side by side which had all the power we needed and thoroughly enjoyed the terrain and beautiful scenery of Stave Lake. I would definitely recommend this and would love to do it again!

The views from Stave Lake were breathtaking, and I couldn't have asked for a better time! Elvis was very informational and helpful when it came to operating the ATV's also. I would definitely recommend this excursion for anyone who likes the thrill of ATVing while still experiencing a beautiful view

some teaching skills are required by the tour leads. Firstly you should determine level of skill each participant has. Second, take time to teach technical moves while on the ride - don't assume you will be followed comfortably. When you say follow my trail - that's impossible to do on a bed of river rock...I was on a single quad and I was not comfortable; the double quads were probably less comfortable.
Forgetting to detail the brake and throttle after giving the directions about each machine was a faux pas.

As for the ride itself; beautiful area. First time to visit Mission BC and to be able to see some back country was awesome. The ride itself needs more variety though. Backtracking the same routes was a little boring.
I won't be coming back and won't recommend this tour

X-motor offers “ATV tour” program, if you would like to learn more of safety related matters and/or technical riding moves, we would recommend you to participate in one of the CSC ATV training courses which is around 5 to 7 hours. Safety is our company’s top priority. We choose to use our short given orientation time to explain the safety knowledge of our program such as lowered speed limit, keep safe distance, prohibiting rider from power drifting, jumping and passing. We try to avoid giving hours of technical related information as that may confuse our guests. It is standard that we ask all riders to bring up any questions or concerns once the orientation is over and prior to operating the vehicle. This is a beginner’s tour not a competition. To simplify the experience, we teach our rider how to accelerate using the throttle and break using the lever, and not about body weight shifting over giant rocks or to keep the momentum when climbing over extensively steep hills. We try to make our tour as fun and simple as possible.

It was my first time going atving. The people running the tour were very nice and informative about the atvs. The route they take you through has a mix of everything - forest, rocks, water. I would definitely come back and pay full price (my friend and I had a group on). I even mentioned that I was very low on gas (I got a bit lost on the way there and there are no gas stations around for atleast 15mins) and one of the workers filled me up with a couple litres so I could make it to the gas station without stressing. Super thoughtful. Thanks so much guys!

What an awesome experience. It was my 1st time doing this and I think this was the best place to do it. Rick were very friendly and helpful. It was tons of fun and we will definitely do that again in the future. I would recommend this outfit 100 times over! We got to go through many terrains and the 2 hours felt like 30 minutes! Was amazing!

My boy just got his driver license. He suggested we go to atv. At first I was a bit worry. But Rick and his partner were very friendly and helpful. It was fun and we will definitely do that again in the future.

Firstly reviewed safety until everyone is comfortable. Very accommodating guide, taking us to see all our requests. Did not rush us for time. Very knowledgeable of the area for the different sites to see.
