It's typical for Tasting Rooms at Breweries to be counter service (order at the bar) but understand that some people like full service better! Thank you for the feedback on the chicken sandwich. Hi there, We are very disappointed to here about your experience at our Tasting Room. For larger groups we usually set them up upstairs on our mezzanine unless you request downstairs as there's more room, but we're sorry no one came to greet you and let you know how to order.
