Nice trails around the marsh areas. We quietly waited and watched and were rewarded with a beaver swimming with branches then climbing over a dam into the larger "pond" and then disappearing under the large dam. Got a great video and pictures of it.

We were excited to think we might see beavers in their habitat. While we did find a lake where they had built a dam we could not understand which way to go as the boardwalks were without maps as you went around the area.

If you want to see beavers, or just want a pleasant walk through local ponds, this is the place to go. The boardwalks are very well done and the viewing tower provides a great overview of the area. Highly recommended.

Early morning is nice on the boardwalk and you can spend as little as 15 minutes to a few hours exploring the area.
