Float Canmore is conveniently located in downtown Canmore, AB. We provide our guests an opportunity to unplug from the real world. We offer Sensory Deprivation Tanks (Floating), Massage Services and Full spectrum Infrared Sauna packages. Floating is an amazing tool for stress relief and to help manage chronic pain. It's also great as a meditation aid and can even help control addictions. We provide everything needed for you to have a wonderful experience!

While visiting the area, a friend and I went to Float Canmore for a float session, massage, and sauna treatment. Everything was fantastic! The owner greeted us warmly and offered us a warm drink or refreshing still or sparkling water. After a short tour of the facility, we were each given a private room to float. If you haven't enjoyed a float previously, it is an experience not to be missed. Every muscle relaxes. Following a shower to wash away the Epsom salts, we were treated to a body massage by RMTs. The massage is even deductible with many insurance plans! Finally, we relaxed in a 30-minute sauna before the experience ended. I have had float experiences before but nothing compares to this one. If you are vacationing in the Banff area, I highly recommend Float Canmore.

My wife Heather and I absolutely love Float Canmore. Every time we come here for the ultimate date package. 100% Awesome! The price is amazing, the float is out of this world, the couples massage is fantastic, the massage therapist do a fantastic job every time, then the sauna to top it off. You can’t ask for a better afternoon. The owner Wade goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and special. He’s a fantastic guy and we look forward to seeing him as well. Thanks Wade you made our 22nd anniversary a beautiful day.

I recently visited float Canmore for their all inclusive experience: a 60 minute float, 30 minute sauna and 60 minute massage. Wade (the owner) was very friendly and inviting and explained the process and experience thoroughly to put my hesitations to rest. After climbing in the pod, and feeling huge relief as I began to slowly relax, the hour went by quickly.
I must say, I am now hooked - this was a life changing afternoon. I am someone that has suffered from anxiety my whole life, so experiencing sensory deprivation and feeling weightless is something that is hard to explain to people that haven't tried it before. I can see the potential health benefits - physical and mental. The overall level of relaxation and combination of all three treatments, truly felt like a gift that I deserved and needed.
I highly recommend trying a float if you haven't before, gifting a float to someone you know, or even just booking yourself a massage! You deserve it too!

Amazing experience! Visited during a stressful time and I usually struggle to switch my mind off but felt totally relaxed during the float. Hair and skin felt super soft afterwards! The owner was really friendly and welcoming, and bonus points for the adorable dog who greeted us on arrival and was ready waiting for pets when we came out. Will definitely be back!

My husband and i visited last weekend to try something new. I was hesitant at first but the end of my 60 minutes i came out feeling completly relaxed and re-energized. The staff were very kind and helpful.
I loved the option that you could choose whether or not to have light/music and turn it on and off at your leisure from within the tank throughout the hour.
There is a also a great sauna which is you have the ime i would hihgly recommend.
If you are wondering whether it is worth the cost is 100% is I felt better after this float than i have after many massages I have recieved :)

It was a rainy day in Canmore my husband and I were walking by and booked a massage - wonderful!. I would certainly consider the full package about $200 where you float, get a massage and sauna if I returned. Facilities were nice, and massage therapists delivered. I had the best massage I think I ever had.

Float Canmore is incredible. I have never experienced such a relaxing activity. If you feel over stimulated, anxious, stressed, this is the place for you. The clean, spacious tanks are warm and welcoming. The sauna is a delight and the staff are awesome people. Highly recommend.

We had our first float.:) We were a little uncertain as to what we were going to experience at first but within moments were drifting asleep feeling completely weightless. We could literally feel the stress leaving our bodies. Now that we know what it's all about I'm certain we'll get back to that state of relaxation a lot quicker the next time.
I highly recommend giving it a try! We'll definitely be going back.

Loved it. I did a float, therapeutic massage, and infrared sauna package. I enjoyed the entire experience. It was my first time for float and the infrared sauna. During the float I fell asleep and I'll admit, upon waking, I had a 'panic' moment where I thought, 'How long have I been sleeping??" and wondered if I could be forgotten lol.
No worries though, soon after my moment, the light came on and a soothing voice told me it was over.
Over all, an excellent experience.

An amazing experience after a good hike. Having never tried something like this before I have to admit that it didn’t take me long to really relax and enjoy some quiet time in the pods. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place!
