Fast, efficient, friendly

Great service. I reserved ski experiment online for a Monday. I was able to get the equipment early Sunday afternoon which was very convenient and time-saving for me. I was told I could return the equipment up till 10:00am Tuesday and only be charged the one day. Excellent!
The fitting experience was great. Staff were very friendly and thorough.

Quick and easy rentals

Very fast and easy service. Went to get hiking cleats and were in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Good location and good service. Can't ask for better.

GOOD SKI POLES!

Bought a set of ski poles, good price and they worked great! Just wish i didn’t break one in a massive wipe out on sunshine. Ill be back tomorrow to get a new set!

Great experience with e-bikes !

We were looking to rent at least 6 e-bikes. I went there the day before, and I must say I was truly impressed with the professionalism of the staff, their amazing client services, the great advice received and the quality of the equipment offered. They were also very quick in answering emails and had everything ready and charged up by the time we showed up. I would highly recommend this rental shop, truly professional and reasonable rental rates.

Awesome staff and equipment

This place is amazing!! The staff are so professional and always make you feel good. They were so patient with my 3 children and trying on a million different skin boots. They have excellent rates and treat customers like gold. They are excellent with there covid safe practices and make renting painless and fast. We have rented from them 3 times already this season and will always rent from them. I cannot day enough about how much we love gear up.

Best Rental Shop in Rockies

I have rented equipment and had skis tuned at GearUp many times over the past 15 years and confirm they are the best rental shop in the Rockies. I base this statement on personal experience and the fact that GearUp has: 1. a wide selection of new high-quality equipment, 2. knowledgeable and friendly staff, 3: convenient location and efficient process to minimize wait time. I really appreciated the safety precautions they have taken around COVID i.e. one-way flow: in one door, get Geared Up and out another separate door.
