Not at all accommodating and unable to book at all
Sep. 2020
Very disappointed. Originally called to make arrangements several weeks in advance and after struggling with finding someone to speak English with me they advised that I wait a few weeks to ensure good weather as my trip was somewhat flexible. I agreed. Now I have tried to book and am told it is not possible. They are short tempered with my English only conversation, my top date choice is fully booked, even though online they say daily trips until this weekend they will not accommodate me on two of them saying the bus is not running and on the final date they will not go near my requested start point - saying I have to get off at the 42km mark or 107 km mark - nothing in between. Clearly they did not want my business at all - could not believe the attitude at all.

Friendly and accommodating very convenient
Sep. 2019
Very organized and reasonably priced. Not cycling with fully weighted panniers was a great way to cycle the route.

A Unique Service - Friendly and Dependable
Aug. 2019
Very friendly and accommodating which makes it easy for the novice to enjoy this unique attraction. Bikes were great and bags were delivered as directed. Would not hesitate to recommend Autobus to anyone who wants to get the most out of cycling Le Petit Train du Nord.

They took care of everything.
Aug. 2019 • Couples
From the moment we arrived in Place de la Gare, they grabbed our bikes, grabbed our luggage, showed us where the restrooms were and then we hopped on the bus and off we went to Mount Laurier. Even two days later when there was an interruption in our trip because of an Ironman event, they ferried Us by bus around the event and took care of everything. The bus driver even stopped to help other riders that weren't a part of our system just to Ferry them around the race because it was such a horrible ride on the road. He was awesome. From beginning to end this was an incredible experience.

Excellent bikes and friendly service!
Aug. 2019
We were very happy with our experiences with Autobus. The bikes we rented from them were new (Marin hybrids) and very well maintained. They swapped out seats for me cheerfully and without fuss. We brought our own helmets and bike bags, but they will provide those for people who need them as well. About a 2.5 hour bus ride up to the start of the trail (with one rest stop along the way at Tim Hortons). Luggage moved seamlessly between our inns during our trip, and was waiting for us at the Autobus office when we arrived back in St Jerome four days later. Overall, a fantastic trip and very good support and service from Autobus.

Biking the P’Tit du Nord
Aug. 2019
Excellent we really enjoyed it and thought the service was friendly and very easy to figure out.
The staff was friendly and everyone along the way was positive. You will have fun doing moderate exercise (about 60 km a day for three days and only 25 the last day)
Make sure your butt is ready to sit on a bike seat for 3 to 4 hours a day.

Check your Credit Card Statements
Jul. 2019 • Couples
We happy with the delivery of our bikes to the top of the trail BUT be sure to check your credit card statements. They charged us incorrectly and it took numerous calls and emails to straighten out. Very frustrating since it took a lot of time to get the charges right. Additionally many folks, including ourselves were not happy with how long we had to wait to get our luggage on the last day. We had to wait quite awhile.

Amazing People - Amazing Service
Jul. 2019 • Family
We were a family of 9 - from a 65 yr old to a 12 year old - autobus made it so easy for us to ride the 200 km bike trail.
From answering all our emails and phone calls patiently and to transporting us and our bikes to mT Laurier - amazing job .
Already looking forward to doing this again sometime soon.

TRAVELLING WITH RECUMBENT TRIKES & TRAILER ... NO PROBLEM !!!
Jun. 2019 • Couples
Shuttle location Place du Gare - N45 46.547 W073 59.996. Thought we'd have a problem with recumbent trikes but after several emails turned out to be very easy to put on one of their trailers (another was 2 levels just for regular bikes) They put our bike trailer & all our bike panniers in a large box mounted on the trailer along with helmets & other people's stuff. There was NO extra charge for any of our bikes & trailer!! One issue is the parking which is in the same place (Place du Gare) where their caboose office is located. We had to pay for 4 days & instructions on the pay station not very clear as all in French. Perhaps the company should include a note on their website of how to do it? Also have the people loading the bikes to remind everyone to pay their parking. The ride up to Mont Laurier takes about 2.5 hrs with a 15 min. stop for bathrooms/coffee. We were dropped off at the IGA lot as the train station was under construction. The staff helped everyone unload their bikes & stuff. BTW bikes are held on with straps and large, heavy zip ties. Take water bottles/bags/lights etc off before to avoid any loss. I had a small problem with an overcharge - just confusion on both our parts but was credited immediately. All my visa receipts were given to me when I arrived. Also they have a well stocked office for all things bicycle. Oh, they even had special plastic "hats" that went over you bike helmet in case of rain. We spent all morning in the rain on the second day!

Autobus does it all
Jun. 2019 • Couples
Professional and well-organized company that puts together all the components of a great bike trip.
We rented bikes which came with helmets, enjoyed the comfort of the van transporting passengers from
Saint Jerome to Mt. Laurier, and found our luggage waiting for us at each of the three inns with which they coordinate. The Autobus took care of all the details allowing us to concentrate on biking the beautiful Petit Train de Nord.
