I have been a member for many years. This gym has potential but they don't care about the members or the equipment. They take your money yet the machines break and they are left for months and months and months without repair. They need more equipment as well. Very limited. You take our money every month yet don't repair machines or add anything new...prices increase all the time...where does our money go? I Don't get it. I am going to another gym.

Overall a quality fitness establishment with some innovative facilities. Clean and staffed with friendly folks to great and assist you.
Regrettably management isn't particularly receptive to suggestions for minor improvements which would go a long way to dramatically improving their client's experience. For instance: 1) The lockers are too small to hold the gym bags the club provides patrons with when they join the gym. These should be replaced. 2) Outside of a single coat hook, there are virtually no facilities whatsoever within the tanning booths. As I'm not in the habit of tanning in my clothes,all my clothes end up on the floor of the facility as there is no where to hang them. The addition of a small chair or stool would also be appreciated.

the other fit4less on northfield is more modern, but this one was more conveniently located. the equipment is a bit older as is the facility, but the staff was friendly and there was no waiting to get on the equipment.

Love this gym...as I go daily. The staff are always a pleasure to chat with and always helpful. Unfortunately the daytime manager has gone on maternity leave and has been replaced by an extremely rude , lazy and condesending b@$#h. I was there for 2 hours..she sat in the office with the "back in 3 mins sign" on the desk the whole time. When a customer approached the desk( god forbid she had to get up) she was so rude to them. They need to find another replacement as this woman is not meant to work with the public.

This is absolutely outrageous that after a month of closing I checked the website it says the location on West Pender is open 24h and I can only go night time I wear my gym clothes order Uber from at 2am paid $12 to find it close what a scam.

My aunt and I attend this gym a couple times a week. It is always clean with very friendly staff.
Our membership includes unlimited massage. I end every workout by sitting for 15 min on one of the 4 massage chairs while my aunt chooses to lie on one of the 2 massage beds. A great way to relax after a workout.
