Awesome experience, different from everything I've done before.
To control the "bird" on the fly even for a couple of minutes it's indescribable!
The sensation is unique.
It's so good that I've try to back next day and try another plane but I wasn't able due to work. Definitely I'll return the try another one.
A must have experience!

We're so thrilled to hear you had such a great time flying and had the opportunity to take control for a little bit! There's so few civilians in the world who can say they've taken the stick and controlled a fighter jet. We look forward to having you fly with us again someday!

What a fabulous experience this was !! Went up in the Harvard Mk2 for a flight. Very Very cool !! Did a few acrobatics, which they cater to your tolerance level. Got to fly the aircraft for a few minutes also, very smooth to fly. Then we "buzzed the Tower" with smoke on..... "Negative Maverick, the pattern is full"...lol.
My pilot Peter was amazing, all very professional. Highly recommend this !

We're happy to hear we could help cross this off your bucket list! Some aerobatics, some stick time, a buzz of the tower - what a ride! Thanks for choosing us for your adventure!

This is the way to celebrate an 86th birthday; to experience what my husband spent 49 years doing....FLYING. The Waterloo Warbirds celebrate an important Canadian contribution in the cold war era. I shared that experience from 1952-57 on a Canadian Fighter base in France with my husband. What a great way to see the collection of aircraft involved nearly 69 years ago. Thanks to the WWTeam for a great experience.;
Brought two of my 6 daughters along to share the feelings.

Passed thru Breslau and Saw this funky cool exhibit while daytripping Ontario searching for a travel trailer. The unit I was going to view so close to the airport. Lots of imagination went into this.

...!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☀️✌🏼😎👍🏼🚀 WOW!!!...our sincerest thank you to everyone at Waterloo Warbirds who helped make my dad’s dream reality!!!...he had recently heard he may have some not so good health issues he may have to battle with, and he made a bucket list long ago, and his last thing on his list was to fly in a fighter jet, so one of my sisters and her husband suggested we get him a ride in a jet for his birthday, so we all jumped on-board and did what we could to see that he got to go on this super epic most excellent ride in an incredibly awesome jet airplane. We initially tried to get it done during a family reunion we just had in Calgary but due to timing etc it didn’t work out, so my sister and her husband scrambled and didn’t give up and found out about Waterloo Warbirds, and we will be forever grateful that we did, because they went far above and beyond to make this the most amazing experience possible for our beloved dad and grandpa. We live in B.C. and weren’t all able to be there for the experience, but the super awesome people at Waterloo Warbirds kept us posted as things happened and when they landed and my dad has a second to send his thoughts to us, he said this, “I made the most incredible flight of my life.
No words for my love for my family for this experience 🌈👍🤓😎”!!!...
I could go on about how amazing everyone there was for our dad and grandpa and for us all!!!...once again, our sincerest thanks from our entire family to everyone involved at Waterloo Warbirds for this most amazing experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🚀✌🏼😎👍🏼☀️!!!...

Had the honour to take a flight in the Mako Shark T-33 and it is one that I won't soon forget. The team at Waterloo Warbirds goes above the call of duty to make you fee comfortable as you strap into this iconic Cold War jet! The Mako is by far one of the most beautiful jets flying in Canada and I'm so lucky that it calls The Region of Waterloo Airport home.
The GoPro footage from my flight was a great memento that captured the entire flight. It captured everything from my face as I was pressed into my seat feeling 4 G's or the ground rushing by during the run into the runway for the "Top Gun" style tower pass and finally the grin as I was handed control of this truly amazing machine for the chance to fly the Mako myself!
I can't recommend this experience enough for anyone passionate about aviation, flying or the adventure seeker in your life. It would make a great birthday or fathers day gift!

Waterloo Warbirds offers an amazing chance to catch a ride on a T33 Jet Fighter restored to its full beauty! Ramona and the team were wonderful!! They coordinated a surprise "reveal" video for my husband since I purchased the flight as a birthday/bucket list gift for him! Every team member from the office staff, flight/ground crew to pilot were very professional and you could tell their commitment to safety. Their passion for this period aircraft is very evident in the pride they take in all they do! I highly recommend them! Even if you don't want to fly, if you are a history buff, this is a great opportunity! We were fortunate to see the new MiG fired up for the first time getting ready for flight! I highly recommend this experience!

Is ther an age limit?
How much is this flight?

There is not age limit, but on the younger end of the age scale things like height, weight, mobility and maturity will impact our ability to have someone fly with us since a passenger must be able to complete the necessary emergency egress steps on their own, and be of sufficient size for the parachute and helmet that must be worn. On the upper end of the age scale, the same items would apply as well as overall health and making sure there are no conditions that could be triggered by things like G-Force and altitude changes. Current pricing is always on our website.
