Nice walk, with a little lake and an island in the middle of the park with bridges to get on and off the island. Flowering trees and a splash pad for kids.

There is so much to do at Victoria Park and most of it is free. There's a fabulous playground area, a splash pad, large washrooms, a small museum about the park in its early years, a river where you can rent canoes to paddle around,...More

A tranquil place to visit and rest during a busy day. You can stroll around the park, look at the ducks or just sit under a nice shade tree. There is also a play area for children.

A great place for a stroll in downtown Kitchener, close to Queen St. Lots of paved pathways to enjoy the park’s beauty. The park dates to 1896 and is named for Queen Victoria. There is a large cast bronze statue of Victoria, erected in 1911....More

Perfect for school-aged of children, and the best playground in Kitchener! Gets busy in the summer with the park programs, but otherwise a great destination for a short play date or a walk along the river to see the ducks and swans.

There are several parking lots around the park. I don't think there is a set time, however; to be sure, call City of Kitchener, Parks and Recreation @ 519-741-2345
