We went and a lot of it was closed and a bit boring. VERY VERY hot inside. It was fun I just wish the star experience thing I think it should happen more often.

This is a gem in a region our size. So much to do/see explore, especially for little kids. You can go back multiple times in a month and still find something new and interesting. Weekend fun stuff for little kids is great. It's clean, organized, and 'play' friendly'. Staff is super. Loved the adult exhibits like the Stones .Museum is so worth the membership.

You need a bit of time here. There's 4 floors, basement and gift shop. It's an interactive type of museum. My teens really enjoyed it.

We came to this museum for "Unzipped", the Rolling Stones exhibition. Loved it. Kudos to the museum's board of directors for landing this great show. As the only Canadian stop, THEMUSEUM was the only place to see it. Despite living a mere 90 minutes away, I'd never been to Kitchener. Had a lovely stay in the region after deciding to take a couple of days in the area.

Loved the exhibition, and was really impressed with the museum overall. Will definitely return.

We visited this fine museum recently to view the Unzipped- Rolling Stones Exhibition and were extremely satisfied with the experience! The sights and sounds spanning six decades included, photos, posters, art work, music, videos, instruments and of course their innovative costumes worn during their concert performances. The patrons in attendance, mostly seniors recounted their many memories of recordings and concerts, which was an added plus. Let’s not forget the fine attentive and professional staff whose care and effort enhanced the experience! I urge you to find time to see this once in a lifetime exhibit before it leaves our area, then continue your patronage of this fine museum in the future! Very Highly Recommended!

Took my 12 year old nephew here for his birthday. Had SO much fun! Loved the whole thing, was curious about all of it. Went back multiple times for some exhibits. Go with kids and just let them have fun interacting with the exhibits and other kids. It's awesome!

I brought my 1 year old who was not walking yet. He had lots of fun in the room for crawling babies. And the block area he was just throwing them but he enjoys touching everything. Oh the wall actvities he had fun with touching all the different things. And upstairs. He had a blast in the ball pit too. I love that wednesdays are half off. I would recommend this place to anybody with young children as there is lots to see and do. I also like that there are events as well. It is nice they have a restaurant for adults too.

This was our first visit. Staff were extremely nice from customer service to staff on the floor. Went with kids age 3& 5 and they loved the different activities on each floor. Their favourite was the balloons, ball pit ( even adults went in there). We were allowed to leave for lunch and re-enter which kids loved going out to get some food and come back to play.
We spend 4 hours here including our lunch break.
Parking is behind the building and it cost us $ 10 for 4 hours they accept cash, mastercard or visa.Very wheelchair and stroller friendly facility with lots of space to move around.
Every floor has bathrooms.
There are snack tables on the main floor but they do not sale any food. By customer service they have some chips and pop only. There is a restaurant attached but we did not check that out.
Great time, cannot wait to come back.
We went on $ 7.00 Wednesday.

This museum is a cross between an interactive art museum and a science centre, with wonderful features of both. There were so many things to play with, including a ball pit for adults, a balloon room, a floor keyboard, and a maker space. The young staff members were very friendly and helpful. Exhibits were educational and engaging. We went in the late afternoon mid-week. It was not crowded at all and there were opportunities to try everything that interested us. It would be a great place to bring kids - but two adults enjoyed it very much.

I've visited TheMuseum several times, and each time I've enjoyed my experience. The first two floors are mostly static in their exhibits and geared towards small children, but their special exhibits are always interesting to see and enjoyable for adult visitors. I particularly enjoyed the Spectrum exhibit the last time I was there. Well done overall!
