Great trails

Hidden trails and kept clean. Wide trails for all uses such as biking, walking, hiking, jogging etc. Lots of nature to see and different trails to go on. Beautiful spot.

Very well maintained, lots of interesting things to see, and it seems very popular with the crowds. A few snakes around ... small and innocuous, but be forewarned.

We go here often for walks in the woods. It is free and there is ample parking. Although it is in the city, you feel like you are miles away from it.

I have been here a few times with friends. This area since inception has been constantly improved. They offer guided activities and it is a beautiful area that is quiet and well maintained by the City of Kitchener. It's truly is a nice escape from the city!

Had the pleasure to hike around this natural area last week, it was very quiet and well maintained. Truly a nice escape! The parking lot is limited, but the most "basic" trail, the RED Huron trail only took about half an hour or so. The lake is a little smelly, but the view turns out great in pictures! And last... I have been here many times, both with family and solo. The Huron Natural Area is constantly being improved and having even more added. Just last year they added a new natural playground near the front for children. There are great trails here that are all marked and mapped out, plus some smaller trails/paths you can take to make it... More

I have taken my children here on various occasions for a walk along the trail and to participate in some of the guided activities that take place here. We learned about bugs and living creatures in the water, celebrated with a mud day, and learned to use a compass with their scouts group. Every time we come here we learn... More

Wonderfully kept park with tons of trails! Great place for a family hike or a solo walk. It is always kept very clean and is actually quite large. Lots of wildlife in this park!
