Super helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They always answered my phone calls, allowed us to pick up equipment (minus the canoe) the night before and then extend it another day when it rained on our scheduled day.
Highly recommend them if staying in the Kenora area.

We used Scott for water taxi service to our cottage rental. He was prompt, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Scott took great care with my elderly father in law in and out of the boat, as well as handling and helping us with our belongings. 20/10 would recommend Scott!

The family had a great time renting canoes from Green Adventures. Miguel was a very kind, helpful and accommodating staff member. He was clear in the possible routes we could use for our excursion and let us know some potential tourist spots on the canoe as well as places to avoid. Location of the outfitter is easy to find, equipment and rentals were great quality and clean, and the creek is very calm. Highly recommend!

Poorly run and organized operation with a fancy web page. Called multiple times during business hours nobody answers. Front door to business locked with no sign open/closed come around back for service.
Found kayak hatches full of water with dead rotting leaves and empty juice boxes from past renters. Seat backs broken and falling out with all the padding missing. Made it very difficult trip and wasn’t impressed with the state of repair.
Visiting from Vancouver and overall not impressed with the operation. As well no multiple day rental discount like any other rental company.
And the QR code to answer rental details flawed, no multiple day input allowed. Staff completely clueless and couldn’t answer a straight question.
I expect a bit more when I’m paying 200+ dollars

I had an amazing time renting a canoe and venturing off. The staff was amazing and gave us tips on places to go. Will definitely rent again when out in Kenora!

These guys at the Anicinabe Park are always late opening. I have tried to launch a boat at least 10 times this season and not once have the gates been open at 6am. Today,final day of the walleye tournament, the gal didn't show up till 7:05!
Very unprofessional. Black eye for tourism in Kenora. Seen at least 8 vehicles turned away. This ap won't allow a 0 out 5.

Thanks for the feed back but we operate Green Adventures the park has a different staff. We will ask about the gate situation. In the future if you get there and the gate is not open give them a call I am sure they would fix the issue right away!

in Kenora for 2 days, service to rent paddle board is awful, we were told the paddle board were reserved but they have no idea when, i called at 11:30, the guys said i dont know if they will come at 12 or at 17:00 do i can t rent it to you, that happen saturday also, same story, and the group who reserved on'y showed up at 16:30 so we could have gone all afternoon ,price seem descent though

Hello, sorry you feel the service was lacking. If people reserve and pay for a rental it is theirs all day. This is what has happened to you. If we rented out equipment that people paid for and they showed up and you were using it that would be unprofessional. Sorry it didn't work out for you, in the future please reserve equipment and we will hang on to it all day for you so when you show up it is there.
