My wife and I and some friends did A tasting tour. We hit three wineries in the Niagara region. The first place we went was Cave Springs and had a tasting. It was a wine and cheese tasting. We love Cave Springs wine; we actually got married at Cave Springs. Whenever we are in town this is a must stop. We came in for wine tasting and brought home many of or favourite wines.

Just had a tasting there. The wines were very good and great value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had some great Chardonnay and Riesling.
