We went here on a Saturday around 9:30 am and they have nice trees and bushes and a large sculpture. One trail was closed because of snapping turtles were hatching. We parked for free. We didn’t feel too comfortable because we saw a few homeless people, one lying by a fountain and another hanging around a bench. So we cut our visit short.

Nice place to spend an afternoon. Lots of benches, boardwalks, and plaques to read. There is a display with all the trails in Collingwood with pocket trail guide to pick up. Beautiful walks, with lots of opportunity to see birds. If you look just off the boardwalk trail you can see where beavers have gnawed at some pretty big trees.

This was a lovely place to come for an evening stroll. Lots of different greenery, nice path, beautiful views of the lake and sunset. The nearby labyrinth and various plaques augmented the experience.

Loved our walk around here - quiet, easy to find, beautiful trees! Took lots of photos because it was just like being in an autumn painting.

It was insanely humid when we came here, but early in the morning was peaceful and a nice way to start the day off. Signs give information on the species of trees etc, and the paths were flat and well maintained. We also saw some frogs and other wildlife which the children enjoyed.

I walk here regularly and never tire of it. Such a beautiful green space right by the bay. Great photo opportunities for those special occasion photos/announcements. I just feel so at peace when I walk through here.

Kind of a secret spot, but it's getting better known. The Arboretum in warmer months has blooming beauty. In winter, you can snowshoe, or cross-country ski there, for free. There is also a labyrinthe there and at certain times of year you can see turles hatching in that area!

Thank you to the persons who look after this gem in Collingwood. The different types of plant and trees are very well labeled. All the walking trails are almost level and well laid out.
Thank you

The arboretum is a wonderful place along the backside(?) of the city. It is very peaceful and just lovely to walk in. A break of silence from the trails which are wonderful in Collingwood. A lovely break!
