    Christmas All Year Long!
This was my first time visiting Santa's Village and I really didn't know what to expect! I was surprised and impressed! Our group had a three and a half year old, an almost three year old and a two year old. There were lots of rides that were great for them, the line-ups were not to long (we never waited longer than 3 rides), there was lots of shade, the park was clean and well maintained and the Splash Pad was great! All of the staff we encountered were fantastic! Over and above helpful, very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there! We stayed about three hours and there was still plenty we had not done yet, we could have easily stayed all day if it wasn't for nap time! We will return for sure! A couple of notes - The restaurants are extremely busy with 40+ minute wait times. If you have enough adults in your group you may want one person go to buy/wait for lunch while the others occupy the kiddos on rides. There is also a picnic area outside the main park, you may want to pack a lunch to enjoy in the picnic area to avoid the long wait. There are Events advertised at the park, on their website and on social media. Other than the name of the event and the date it is IMPOSSIBLE to find any additional information about the events, what they involve and whether they are worth planning a trip for that day or not. It would be nice to be able to find information about these events.

    Great atmosphere
Travelled with 3 kids. Two 4 year olds and one 2 year old. Rides were great for the kids at this age however if a bit older and more of a thrill seeker they may be bored. Good variety of activities between elf school, animals, rides, Santa, splash pad, boat ride to easily fill the day. The park was well maintained and very clean. We visited on a Monday and were surprised by some longer lines. Elf school was great but a long wait if you get there just after a class starts. The only negative was the food. A lot of places were closed and we waited 20 mins for ice cream to get to the front and had very limited selection. Would highly recommend for families with young children however would make sure to pack your own snacks and lunch.

Great Park for Toddlers, if a bit Pricey
It's a lovely park with lots of shade on a warm sunny day. The rides are geared towards younger children which was perfect for our two-year-old grand child. We were there for about 4 hours. Admittance was $200 for our group and lunch was $100. Lunch was a bit of an ordeal as they kept getting the orders mixed up but that is no doubt because it is early in the season and they are still figuring things out. We were there when it opened so it was not crowded and all rides were easily accessible with very short or no lines. A lovely park for the toddler set. As others have noted, you can't bring your own food. You can picnic outside the gates, but once you leave there is no re-admission, so that's not ideal if you want to bring your own picnic lunch.

    Air Balloon with Santa
How many children can say they went up on a air balloon with Santa 🎅 ? My Grandchildren did. This will be a great memory for my Grandchildren for many years to come. The whole experience was amazing from the breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus to the high ropes course at the end of the day. Highly recommend for a all day of family fun.

I can't give it a 0 or I would, my wife reserved a cottage yesterday under the assumption that they go quickly as stated by the woman on the phone. Who also incidentally knew nothing about the cancellation fee did not make my wife aware and when asked if she could cancel tomorrow if it didn't work she said no problem. I could not get the time off work as I'm in Long Term Care and currently it's crazy being in the middle of this crisis. So before we even got the confirmation she called to cancel and they are charging us a 50.00 fee. We were staying 2 weekday nights and the total bill was 550, a rip off already!! I visited this park when I was a kid and was looking forward to my kids experiencing it as well. The park isn't even open!! What terrible experience! And although there is a campsite cancellation policy good luck finding it. It's not under there terms and conditions you have to search it separately! Shady Village!! I hope other scorned potential patrons think twice about wasting their hard earned cash here!

Most of the rides are closed due to COVID, (which is reasonable), price is reduced to more than 50%, the best thing is the boat ride on the river (yet I didnt see the staff sanitizing the hand bars on the seats after the ride). There is fair amount of sanitizer at each booth, washrooms are clean. Staff wore masks and sanitized everything after use at small catamaran rides on the pond and at the arcade. The restaurant at the premises was ok but not huge in variety of meals. Kettle chips instead of fries. Not a bad place to visit with kids. One time visit for us, doubt it if we will be back.

Awesome place! Great for kids about 2 and up. Bring a stroller for little ones there is a lot of walking. Big downside is there are no water refill stations anywhere so we had to buy bottled water to refill our water bottles - not very environmentally friendly! Also the train was broken while we were there and there was quite a bit of construction but otherwise everything else seemed open.

Great place for families with young kids! Adults easily fit on the rides with the kids. We were there for 5hrs and easily could have spend another 2hrs there. Great range of rides to suit all ages. My kids loved the penguin peppermint ride the most.
It was too bad that there was a power outtage while we were there which shut down rides for a while. Thankfully we could go on the train ride and boat ride instead until things were back up.
No outside food allowed, which is kind of disappointing when you're trying to keep cost down as it's expensive enough to buy tickets for everyone. We would definitely come here again

Coming from one curvy mom to another, some of the rides are NOT family friendly. I was only able to do the carousel, Ferris wheel and balloon ride with my little one. The star jumper and the airplane rides were for very thin adults. I was told I had to get off of both- in a not very friendly way. It was a bit humiliating. We had fun none the less, but you’d think they’d install longer seatbelts and perhaps bigger seats in today’s inclusive world.

There is a lot to do for children in the theme park. Very clean and most of the staff are friendly and engaging. When deciding to line up, make sure your children meet the height guidelines. Our family member waited in line for one of the bumper water rides for an extended period of time and turned away once they got to the front. I would have thought the employee would have scanned the area or recognized this before our family member was turned away. Being so young the little guy couldn’t rationalize why he couldn’t ride the water ride. That being said head on over to the paddle boats where you and your child will have fun and be sure to say hello to their amazing, informative and engaging employee (Quinn) Thank you Quinn for restoring the little guys faith!

Overall, wonderful time! Check it out! You will be happy you did!

For a 70 year old attraction I was impressed with how they have maintained and upgraded with the building washrooms and attractions. From taking my son over 20 years ago and now my nieces and nephews last week we had a enjoyable day. I was expecting to have to buy elf hats for the kids but it’s all included. We were there the whole day and never got everything done. Gets a bit busy so you better Know that when you go!

6 adults 5 children ages 2, 5 and 7. We had a great day at Santas Village. Rides seemed clean and safe and were well attended by staff.Kids loved the play grounds, train ride and of course a visit with Santa. Food was a little pricey, but hot and tasty. We will be back!

We wanted to like it but….
1. Arrived and did not pay for ticket for my youngest (2) - they made him get out of his stroller to measure…really he’s 2!

2. The elves (workers) at “Santa’s” village should be much more cheerful . Maybe scripted

3. I think it’s a management problem- staff does not seem to be adequately trained or there to be a process for what each ride operator does. The workers are teens- they need to be told exactly what they need to do or say. The staff were still friendly however.

4. Many rides broke down or there were issues. Go karts, penguin coaster. Seems to be bit run down or not maintained as well as it should be.

I don’t think it’s fair not to have a place for people to fill water and charge $4 a bottle.

That being said it was still something to
Do with the kids but didn’t make me want to return unfortunately.

It was a fun day for the family . My 6 year old loved all the rides and my 11 year old was entertained but found all the rides except one to be to small for her but she enjoyed the Penguin coaster and bumper boats ... It was a bit on pricey side for admission for what's offered ( family of four was just over $200 ) but with my kids being unable to do a lot of things cause of COVID these last two years it was nice to see them out again and wasn't too busy so you can socially distance not too badly . They have a splash pad and small beach area to cool down and take a break that was nice .
