We followed the road to a small car park at the top of the falls, but found it difficult to get a good view. It seems the best views are from a small resort further downstream but we didn’t venture in there as it was...More

It’s difficult to get to a spot where you can get a great view of the falls without paying to go to the private beach that looks up at them. However, there are some trails that let you wander around beside them and you can...More

Very close to Highway 11, there is ample parking on both sides of the falls, but the Cedar Lane exit offers a bit more. Lovely swimming area at the base of the falls. Peaceful trails along the lower river from which to admire the falls....More

Lovely spot for a quiet getaway. Beautiful waterfalls clean campground friendly owners! We had a great time nice kayaking on a lazy river jumping off the rafts

Someone told us this was a scenic waterfall but the best view is from across the water at the paid resort! There was an unmarked hiking path down to the water but it seemed slippery and unsafe. It was nice to see the oldest electricity...More

We loved visiting High Falls. We hiked to the bottom of the falls with our children (age 2 & 5). I wore our 2 year old and our 5 year old was able to manage on his own. We had a lovely time eating snacks...More

This is touted as one of the area's main attractions, but directions and signage are poor. Apparently we weren't the only ones who had a hard time finding it. If you go past the Hwy. 11 turnoffs on Cedar Lane you've gone too far! View...More
