A small but beautiful museum to learn about the history of Sweeney Fisheries. We were here for research, but this is a museum for everyone interested in the fish industry and fishing boats etc.

This museum is filled with local history of the Sweeney family. My favorite was the scaled down fishing boat, easy to explore and get a feeling of what it must be like. Relics from a fisheries, even scaled smaller original buildings! Lots of photos, an actual 1/3 scale ship. Preserved with love for an industry history, not your typical museum at all.
