We did not have enough time to park and walk around to see it well. We had a boxed lunch so sat where we could enjoy the view and ate our lunch. The weather was perfect with the blue sky setting off the tall lighthouse.

Great place for a relaxing afternoon. Picnic tables and benches are found around the site as well as a small museum and a restaurant. A short trail is also on site. Unfortunately the gift shop is no long operating there.

I should add...in the maritimes, most beaches look beautiful, but can be quite deadly...heed the warnings from the locals...We don't tell you stories just for entertainment, we want to keep our visitors safe
