Planning a trip to Northern BC and we called them for information on attractions in the area. The person on the phone was just Amazing and sent us a very nice package of things to see and places to stay! Well Done staff of the Information Centre and Thank You! You made out trip amazing!

We dropped in to pick up some tourism brochures, and were pleasantly surprised to discover not just an info centre but a lovely gift shop, stocked with locally-crafted artisinal items! Blown glass, handmade soaps, jewellery - beautiful! A welcome relief from the 'made in china' phenomenon. Friendly and helpful staff, too. Worth the trip.

I've now been here a couple of times. On both occasions staff were pleasant and very helpful. Lots of information not only about Terrace but the surrounding area, including things to do in the Nass Valley. A great resource for travellers and residents new to the area alike.
