you gotta visit! Mountains, green hills, fruit orchards, vineyards and wineries, the number 1 boating lake in Canada and one of the top 10 retirement communities in Canada !

The grand children loved the water park. No problem with free parking. Dogs allowed out side the fenced area.

Shuswap Lake has grown to be a nice place to have a vacation. There is so much to do here and activities for all ages and tastes. Wine tasting, water sports, swimming, farm fresh food, hiking trails, zip lines, go karts, horseback riding...

We have lived in Salmon Arm, beside Shuswap Lake for 22 years and have only ever had one regret........ we should have moved here sooner!

Fantastic family vacation for all ages. Waterway houseboat was a seamless rental. We had 12 people on board(8 adults, 4 kids ages 8-12). Rented the Genesis 60 which included hot tub, 3 levels, wet bar, sun decks, lots of seating in kitchen/living room. I'd highly...More

I did visit Squallax, Salmon Arm and Sycamous around this lake. Squallax had very nice lodging, Salmon Arm had very nice beach area which turned out to be very good for birding. I did see a Osprey catch a fish! Sycamous is a boating fan...More

Time to be jealous travellers! We live here. Unpolluted water, sun, grate scenery we chose to move here in 2004. We were familiar with the area, but living here is great. Gets a little hectic in the summer but people bring money when they visit....More

Has the chance to spend 4 days in the Shuswap Lake area while visiting at a family cottage in Enderby. Was a gorgeous part of Canada. Would love to go back.

Hundreds of kilometres of shore, all kind of acitivities and a beatiful drive for a large part of actually the several lakes. Nice variation from the mountains of Banff and Jasper.
