Even the drive up to the parking lot is gorgeous. We were unable to walk around much as we were improperly equipped for the amount of snow there was, but we even had a good time walking around the edges with the dog. Beautiful.

Did a very nice easy hike with the dog. (A few uphills to get the heart pumping). Total length was about 7k (short plus long loops). A few mtb's but not a major singletrack route from what I saw. Serene wooded setting but no view....More

Beautiful views from many locations. The roads to the peak are still closed though. I would visit again later in the season.

Driving up Revelstoke Mountain was delightful. It's a lovely drive with several stops with good views. Our only disappointment was that we could not get to the very top due to snow, even in late June; I imagine it opened up within a couple of...More

We were hoping to enjoy the fantastic views from the mountain top but the road and trails at the top were still closed due to snow. We drove up until the road was closed and then walked until the snow and ice had everything covered...More

The views are breathtaking and the trails can definitely leave you out of breath. So many awesome trails at different fitness levels. I could go here every day.

Due to Canada's 150 Birthday you can get (online) a FREE visitors pass for all national parks. We used our pass to enter Mount Revelstoke yesterday. Due to snow being at the top of the mountain you can't access the very top. There are a...More

The parking lot was full of Subarus with bike racks and we saw a lot of very fit people hiking, biking, and running. This was originally Canada's most famous hill for ski jumping and starting in July, the new interactive ski jump feature will open.

It seemed like a really nice park. Unfortunately, due to our late arrival (we drove over from Vancouver), the wet weather, and the time of year (much of the road was closed due to snow), we didn't get to see too much.

We drove up half way as the road at the top was still snow covered in June. Once we got to the snow line it was well worth the effort. Stunning scenery.

Almost certainly. However, this is a fairly high altitude location, so the weather can be unpredictable. Early snow is always a possibility, but even with light snow the trails will still be open. Make sure you are geared up... More

By the way I recommend you bring bug spray. We had it and had no problems but saw many people without and it was a problem.
