This is such a little gem of a gift shop. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I bought a few things while visiting from Australia, and will definitely return on my next overseas visit.

I LOVE this gift shop. If you are visiting the Alberni Valley and want a unique souvenir or gift for those you love, be sure to visit. It is also a must for anyone interested in art visiting Port Alberni.

One of my favourite stores on all of Vancouver Island!! The highest calibre of locally made treasures! Always new things to see each time I visit. Love the service and the ambiance. Highly recommend...a must see when visiting the Alberni Valley!

This beautiful little shop tucked away in uptown Port Alberni is a fabulous collection of the work of local artists and fair trade products. It's a great place for locals and travelers to find their next treasure. I love taking a wander through to feast my eyes on the new work of her regular artists and discover whose work she has added to the shop.

I love visiting this shop when I’m in Port Alberni. You walk into an aromatic, warm and inviting space, full of magical arts and crafts. Take it all in. There’s always something perfect for a gift and/or treat for yourself.

This is a seductive local crafts shop, well worth a visit. A wonderful, well-priced selection of local art, pottery, paintings, and printed artistry, all located in a cozy cottage just off Port Alberni's main street (ask for directions at your hotel). It is so nice to be able to take away a souvenir that is really rooted in the skills and creativity of the community, rather than something that came out of a container from China.

An incredible and eclectic selection of local Vancouver Island artisans work as well as fair trade imports, and more! This is my favourite place to shop locally for gifts, or when I need a little treat for myself! As an added bonus, the owner and staff are lovely and helpful, adding to the pleasure of shopping at Blue Fish!

Go to Blue Fish Gallery. Buy this amazing Sea Witch soap for yourself. Wrap yourself in it's creamy, softening and lush texture...choose a necklace or earrings for yourself. Blue Fish is the place to treat yourself and of course, buy precious gifts for others.
But really, the soap turns to cream on wet skin. Almost intoxicating.
A wonderful selection of wearable art, tooled and textured leather purses and wonderful pottery.
Curated with love and skill.
Lots of street parking, just off the main street in the old section of Port Alberni.
