Rathtrevor is a wonderful place to visit. The beaches and view are breathtaking. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and get back to nature. I will be back.

They seem over priced at $35 for no amenities in comparison to others. But no complaints otherwise. We got there late so didn't go to beach. Maybe that makes it much better.

The campsites are for RVs and trailers, not tents as it is built with hardpack gravel. There is a tent camping area but its just an overflow open field with a few firepits and tables. We didn't stay.

Cell service fine. There are bathrooms not sure about dogs
What level of cell service have you experienced in this park? - would love to hear what people's experience with cell reception in various areas of the park (camping and day use) have been recently

We were at the day use beach area and had no problem with cell coverage there....hope it helps
How does the dog beach compare the the regular public beach area? Is the dog beach Sandy?

Dogs are not allowed on the beach in the Park. Dogs can be on the beach adjacent to the park in the San Pariel area. It is a mixed beach of rocks and sand. Best at low tide. You are strongly encouraged to keep you dog on a... More
