Beautiful location and unique architecture. A must see if you are visiting Mission BC. The interplay between light, space and sculptures give this venerable “new” cathedral a deep meaningful experience.
Nice afternoon stroll to the viewpoint overlooking the Fraser River. I'm not much of a church person myself, but it was still lovely to look at. Nice little place to check out if you're in the area or passing through.

We had house guests from Australia wanted to take them for a Drive in the Country. From Maple Ridge via Dewdney Trunk to Mission then to Westminster Abbey was a real treat for them. The enjoyed the View and we all enjoyed a lovely walk....More
There is much to see in the Abbey. Unfortunately you cannot take photos. We choose the 1 hour tour which gave us enough time to see everything. Well organized and in spite of big crowds, it flowed well. We got there at ~ 1045. Lines...More

As the others have said. I have found lot's of information right at the building next to the actual Abby at the parking . It has an old relief ma. I've also found any of the Brothers that live there are open for questions... More
