This is a ver unique shop. Owner is very knowledgeable , helpful and courteous. Love coming here when we visit Invermere . Always find some amassing gems.

Stopped in with my wife to look around. It's a great store with many interesting rocks, fossils and gems. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure. We have stopped in every time we visit Invermere. Rock on.

There is a surprising variety of Stones, Fossils, and Jewellery at affordable prices.
Its an open and inviting atmosphere with very knowledgeable and friendly people to tell you all about Gems and Fossils.

We thought this was the best shop ever! Everything was reasonably priced. Service was friendly and extremely helpful. Everything was packed separately for us and labels given individually to each thing purchased. Very accommodative when it came to trying to choose the right thing. Yolande helped us in any way she could. Spent quite a bit of time and money here. No regrets! Will definitely be returning if we are in the area again.

We really enjoyed exploring fossils and gems in this shop, and speaking with the entertaining and knowlegeable shop owner. There is a fabulous ancient bear skeleton (fossil) on display, as well as other stones and beautiful fossils in every price range. And it was also a good learning experience. Definitely worth a visit! We will return, if ever in the area

We visit this place every time we are in the area. Always a spectacular selection of gems, jewelry, nice geo stuff, ect. Only problem is that we always buy too many items......good thing the prices are very reasonable.

Almost like a mini-museum. Great collection of all sorts of gems and fossils. Made for great gifts for my grandchildren. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I came across River Gems Gallery as I walked the main street in Invermere. I was met by a beautiful mother daughter team who worked alongside me to find a beautiful ring for my birthday. They were very friendly and have a huge assortment of treasures for people of all ages and interests. There is a great section for the younger crowd where they are free to touch and discover a variety of objects from stones to geodes to shark teeth. There are gift items here for every budget. There is an entire wall of beautiful gem stone jewlery that are one of a kind pieces. The owner is a lovely soul who desires her customers have an amazing experience. It is a shop for the senses and you could spend hours perusing all their treasures. If uou like gigts with meaning this place has much to offer. Worth popping into and I bet you won't leave without something special for someone...maybe even yourself!

This is a great stop to bring your children of all ages to.
They have rocks, fossils, jewellery, and lots of cool items including my children's favourite, shark teeth

This store is incredible, one could easily spent weeks in there. The owners and staff are graceful to allow your ignorance of what all those precious gems and stones are and where they are from. The jewellery is gorgeous. The location is a little off the beaten track but, right around the corner of the main street so easy to access. A must place to visit.
