The staff at the facility are passionate and knowledgeable about wolves, their environment, and their future. During the viewing of the Wolves, you learn their individual stories and the history of the facility.

I'm confused at some of the negative reviews for this centre - my partner and I found it to be a fascinating and very moving place. It's small but informative - there is a lot of information available to read and the talks given by...More

No they are not always kept captive in the small cages. They have plenty of opportunity to go for runs/walks out behind the cages.

The staff were clearly passionate about what they do, and the approx 30 min presentation was very informative BUT... This caters for an educational experience, both my kids were bored about 1/4 of the way through and resorted to finding their amusement by squirrel watching....More

Stayed nearby and heard them howl in the evening so decided to go see. A small pack of wolves in the park to see. The learning session was extremely well presented. You could really learn about wolves. They have a small gift shop as well.

Very interesting to see. Worry about the condition of the animals though. Love the passion of the caretakers. The wolves are growing extinct. Sad, but very informative.

So we drove quite out of the way to find out we could not get in because it was cash only and there ATM machine was down. We didn't have enough time to go back to town before closing.

A bit difficult to find but the talk and information boards made this worth it. There wasn't much else to do so it was a short visit. But we enjoyed it.

Wonderful to see wolves at such close quarters even if in pends. The Wolves seem happy in their pens and are walked daily in the forest. Well worth a visit and even better if lucky enough to fit in a walk

Yes, I agree with the people above, it will take about 45 minutes. You can get a great map of the area from the Tourist Center on Highway 1. Also when driving those back roads be very watchful, as wildlife can jump out of... More
