About
Experience the completely reimagined Casino of the Rockies. Open year-round with bold, nature-based design concept pays homage to the Ktunaxa First Nations’ connection to the earth, and highlights flora and fauna native to the mountains and foothills in our backyard. The all-new, full-service restaurant (pronounced like key-seeouk- keekit/th) is a dining experience all its own. The new restaurant features small plates & appetizers, sandwiches & salads, entrees and a full bar including craft cocktails.

- Dale HOsoyoos, Canada488 contributionsCozy And Clean CasinoVery picturesque setting. Casino is on the small side. Seems most machines lean towards a dollar or more for betting. Also did not find adequate parking on site for a 50 foot long truck and trailer rig.Visited June 2022Written June 25, 2022

Friendly staff and new layout for the slots, it's worth a visit, however don't expect to win very much. Machines were very tight did not allow much playtime. Must wear masks & use hand sanitizer, which is supplied as you enter the casino!Visited September 2021Written September 6, 2021
- FromTheKootenaysInvermere, Canada211 contributionsGood Diversion!Have frequented Casino of the Rockies a few times while we've visited Cranbrook. It's a smaller casino in terms of size and number of slot machines (manage your expectations!), and though smoking is allowed, it's fairly airy and well ventilated. It's definitely clean and has a small onsite snack bar/cafe. It seems they have added a few more penny slots each time we visit, which is great if you're trying not to spend too much and are just looking for a diversion for a few hours. There's several card tables and we noticed they now have an automated Blackjack machine/table since our last visit. Staff we encountered have always been pleasant! There's plenty of parking in fairly close proximity and the attached St. Eugenes Hotel has an excellent restaurant and lounge. Though we have seldom won anything (except at the Blackjack tables), we'll visit again in the future.Visited October 2015Travelled as a coupleWritten October 24, 2015

Love this hotel and golf course, breakfast in the dining room surpassed expectations
No live blackjack tables due to staff shortages and the one electronic one just didn’t keep our interest unfortunately.

My husband and I decided to take my mom to a Casino, in Cranbrook she is 92 and her health is not great, my mom enjoyed going to Casino in Salmon Arm. I was very disappointed with this Casino, my mom is in a wheelchair and have arthritis, when you leave the casino floor there is nowhere to sit, the lobby chesterfields are so soft, I had to pretty well crawl out to get up and move my mom. I was waiting for my husband to pick us up, there is absolutely no place to sit, inside or outside, probably won’t be back

No atmosphere whatsoever. The staff enforce a strict “no fun” policy. Got cut off by the server for laughing with my friend even though I hadn’t had a single drink. Great place to come if you like video slots and pissing away your grandkids inheritance. Stay away!

We drove up to Cranbrook from Bonners Ferry, ID just to get out of town for the day. We decided to check out this casino because we had heard good things about it. The first thing we noticed when walking through the door was the absence of cigarette smoke. It was so nice to be in a casino without smoke! The employees were extremely friendly and the casino was very clean. We didn't take the time to eat, but we will next time. There is a KOA campground next door and we will make a trip next summer with our camper. We look forward to coming back!

We dropped in to here while staying at the neighbouring KOA. The casino is typical of Canadian casinos in that it is smoke free. The building is full of photos and artifacts from back in the day when it was a mission school for the indigenous children forced away from their families in an attempt to have their culture eradicated.
Definitely worth a visit.

We stopped by to check out the golf course and resort restaurant and ended up at the Casino before we left...glad we did! It's not as big as I had thought it would be, but there were quite a few people playing different machines and tables. We each only wanted to spend $20 so selected the $2 machines and although my husband spent whatever he won, I got lucky and won $290!!! I was a happy camper to say the least! Fun day, glad to see a casino that is 'smoke free' and clean as a whistle! Friendly staff and parking close by.

This is not a good time for anyone to go to the casino, as the renovations to this facility has limited the overall space available. Just a small group of slot machines are setup. Tried three different nights and received little or no playtime. Very disappointed that the hotel did not let us know that the renovations would limit the casino size and they will not be done until mid-July. Does not help when some people were playing two machines at one time! This should not be allowed during this time.
