Definitely worth the drive to this spot! Breath-taking views and just overall gorgeous! Would love to see it in the summer-time!

A must see when visiting the comox valley. Miracle beach has amazing sand beaches that stretch for miles. There is also a "dog beach" that you can let your dog run, especially when the tide is out!

I grew up in the Comox Valley, and visting Miracle Beach in the summer was part of every day life. For day trips, camping trips, groups big or small, this park is suitable for everyone.

Miracle Beach Provincial Park is beautiful. And it has a special dog beach that is amazing when the tide is out. Lots of trails along the river and ocean. Stunning!

One of the best beaches in the Comox Valley. Take a walk in the forest trails or go way out on the sand when the tide is out. They have a nice picnic area, so pack a lunch.

This is my favourite place to take visitors. It has everything...big beach, mountains in the background, lovely forest walk...and close to Comox!

Beautiful area, nice place to plan a picnic. We had a nice couple of hours walking the beach looking for aquatic life.

No, there are no power sites at Miracle Beach Provincial Park. If you want power, there is a really nice private campground a few minutes north of there called Pacific Playgrounds International. They have some beautiful... More

Yes you can. They must not be allowed to roam free anywhere in the Provincial Park (on a leash) and they are not allowed on the main beach but there is a dog beach a short distance at the end of the regular public beach.
I am thinking of camping in a tent with my 3 children. We have previously gone to Rathtrevor and needed help getting our tent pegs in due to the extremely hard ground. Is Miracle Beach the same rock ground and if so, what sort of tent pegs and device to hit them in with do you recommend? My father is not going to be able to help us set up this year so I need to ensure that we can do it by ourselves. Thank you for any advice you can give!

Rathtrever is closer to the beach and so drier and harder. The campsites at Miracle Beach are in the woods with softer ground. Bring a hammer and metal spikes are better than plastic. Put them in on an angle so they don't... More
