We had an amazing day viewing the Grizzlies. They started with a great scenic boat tour followed by a really lovely lunch and then on to view the bears. The guides were very knowledgeable and informative. An experience not to me missed. I would highly recommend. Very professional in every way.

This organization is so well run. Although costly for a senior on pension, it was well worth the price. Questions were always answered in a timely fashion prior to the tour. The transportation was comfortable and the captain provided a huge amount of information on the journey. The guides did everything possilbe to make sure we had grizzly bear sightings and could take good quality photos. The scenery was spectacular - even on a cloudy, drizzly day. We would highly recommend a tour with this company.

An excellent day out. Well organised, lovely lunch and informative. Started with a little whale watching on the way across the water, a lovely inlet for lunch, some saw a bear in a creek I didn’t unfortunately, then on to the main event. Saw two mother and cubs and one male. A black bear made an appearance.

As soon as we boarded the boat and heard we may see whales we were excited! Our captain, Wayne was excellent. As soon as we got a little way out we spotted Orcas! The scenery to Toba inlet was stunning, I live on the Island and I still found it beautiful. We had an awesome lunch on the boat, surrounded by beautiful mountains. When we got to our destination we were greeted by Ben, he and Ivan took us on the bus and on our first stop we saw a Mother Grizzly and her cub. They were so close, it was exciting to watch her catch salmon and give it to her cub. Then at the second viewing platform we saw another grizzly and while there a mother and cub came. It was so surreal watching these beautiful animals in the wild. On the next platform we saw a couple of black bears and grizzlies. We were amazed at how many bears we saw! I want to add that Ben and Ivan were great at showing and explaining things to us. Excellent hosts. On the way back we saw humpback whales and then more orcas. We couldn't have been happier with this tour. Thanks to Wayne, Ben and Ivan for making it special!

We had so many great days in Canada, but this tour was an extra special one. Though not guaranteed, we were fortunate to see 11 grizzlies including 2 mothers with their cubs. We saw humpback whales en route which was a bonus. Our guide, Dave, was excellent friendly, knowledgeable and informative. This was a full day out with, as advertised, a great picnic lunch included. It is not a cheap outing but SO worthwhile.

Beautiful sunny day. We met Dave who was "the captain" of our boat. The trip to Toba Inlet was wonderful. A few whales and some sea lions were seen on the way. The scenery was absolutely amazing. Our bagged lunch could have fed two people instead of one. Our Klahoose guides for the grizzlly bears were wonderful. Pretty amazing to see a grizzly. Would highly recommend this tour

This was an amazing experience with good views of several bears feeding in the river from the safety of hides. The skipper Wayne was friendly and welcoming and so were the Klahoose first nation guides. A great trip across on the boat too with Humpbacks on the way back. Highly recommended

We were hoping to see grizzlies in their natural habitat feasting on salmon. This tour did not disappoint . We saw that and much more … there were many grizzlies , black bear, eagles, vultures , humpback and a family of orcas. Gerry our knowledgeable guide and captain was excellent as were our First Nations hosts who collected us at Tobin Inlet where we saw huge lorries offloading their logs into the water. Our guides endeavoured - and succeeded - in helping us experience the bears at close range, whilst putting our safety first. We enjoyed our lunch on the boat - gluten free and vegetarian options were also catered for. The long boat ride itself took us past stunning scenery on a grey but atmospheric day. This tour was not cheap but was worth every cent. It was a trip we will never forget .

This was not inexpensive but well worth it for the experience of a lifetime. We didn’t realise how far we were going but after two and a half hours by boat from Campbell River we realised the mountains and fjords we were viewing were the mainland! We saw orca, humbacks and seals on the way over and back. The First Nations guides were very knowledgeable and certainly kept a keen eye out for us, especially when a mother bear and cub came to inspect the bus whilst we were in the viewing tower. They were flexible too, communicating by radio to update where the bears were on the river, then taking us back to a previous platform to get excellent views and many photographs.

This is an adventure we’ll look back on for the rest of our lives. Very many thanks.

On Sept 7 we went on this tour. The weather was spectacular as Wayne our driver took us up to Toba Inlet. On the way up to the head of the inlet we saw Humpback Whales and petroglyphs. Once at the camp First Nations guides drove us on a small bus to the viewing platforms. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We saw a Sow and her cub, 2 male Grizzly's and a black bear feeding on salmon in the river. We also saw Eagles and Herons. On the way back to Campbell River we saw Humpback whales again, the 5 fingers waterfall, dolphins and sea lions resting on the red can. The boat was very comfortable and had a washroom. We were also served lunch which was really generous. I would highly recommend this tour.
