I've walked here several times and each time I've went, I've been on a different trail. There is still so much to explore on Telford Lake. I'll be going again. Long paths, so you will get some scenery and a work out.

Telford Lake is one of Leduc’s best kept secrets. I had lived in Leduc for 7 years before spending any time around Relford Lake. In the summer and fall it is great for walking and viewing the water fowl including pelicans! The paved walking paths...More

We went to a regatta here and the poor rowers kept getting caught in the weeds. Needs to be dredged. Although it was fall, we noted many purple martin houses, suggesting that there might be an issue with mosquitos in the summer.

A birder in Elk Island National Park suggested that if we were in Leduc we might see White Pelicans at Telford Lake. We had a wonderful time on the boardwalk taking pictures of pelicans, coots, red necked grebes and ruddy ducks. What a wonderful Canada...More

Not too far from Edmonton, Telford Lake is an excellent place to go for stand up paddle boarding. It is also close to the airport so you can watch planes coming in for takeoff and landing depending on the direction of the wind. It is...More

Fantastic path for biking, walking, running, and rollerblading. It's beautiful, well paved, and quite long. The only downside is the ugly building at the boat docks. Such a beautiful area, with a big eyesore.

I always take my guest from outside Canada to go for a walk at Telford Lake. It is clean, calm, and beautiful. I saw a kind of otter once.

The biking/walking trails are great and they go to the end of the lake. Although the water is too sludgy to swim in it is fun to take time to observe the pelicans and different kinds of ducks. We found the blue billed ducks very...More
