Deep in the Canadian Badlands, a location famous for its prehistoric attractions, lies a hidden valley where the events of a not-so-distant past echo, a place where ancient Israel is reborn and you can experience, "the greatest story ever told." The 14,000 who come each July are moved to laughter and tears by the dramatic portrayal of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

We hadn’t been to Drumheller for several years to see the Passion Play. This year, we decided it was time to go again. It was a great decision. The performance was excellent. This time, the performance was a musical with most of the vocal sung...More

Wow, what a great location in the Badlands, to hold such a fantastic play of sharing the Gospel. The play was very emotional at times, with humour thrown in to help lighten emotions. The actress who played the Holy Spirit was so suited for the...More

Thanks Kristian. Glad you enjoyed our change of format this season. We will be adjusting the length of the play for next year and shortening it a bit.

This is outdoor live theatre, with very talented, capable, amateur players and musicians. The use of the spanse of the broad area of staging, from a front stage, with timely backdrop, moving even into the badlands hillsides at various levels was excellent. The costuming, the...More

At this point we don't have a bus running. We have tried that option in the past but our patrons have preferred to find their own accommodation. Unfortunately Greyhound no longer has service to Drumheller from Calgary.
