I went for my first ever skydive to this place. Like a normal person I was very nervous and lil scared to be honest. But the staff there was so professional and very encouraging. They briefed me the details so perfectly and kept motivating me throughout the flight. I would highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately you have to give at least a one star to write a comment, they didn’t even deserve it. They have very poor service, don’t answer the phones, put the blame on the customers for their lack of planning and communication. When asked why they don’t answer their phones we were told that they were too busy, had a toddler to take care of. Was told that their business has been suffering since a customer death earlier this year and a plane crash... understandable as thats the last thing you’d want to hear about from a business that specializes in skydiving.. But add this on top of it.. The first day we kept coming back multiple times for six hours, kept getting told we might go up later. Tried calling 8 different times that day, to which their was no answer or reply to the message left. Our third time coming back that day they said they weren’t going up as weather was not going to improve. So though we were quite let down about wasting a half a day, we rescheduled for the next weekend. Returned a week later and was told that they did end up going up by Tom - thanks for telling us otherwise the week before.. Drove two hours to get there, we arrived before our check in time to ensure everything would be smooth considering how last week went. We were told the package we booked was not available (outside camera view) and we should have been told when we rebooked. No one told us anything of that sort or we wouldn’t have booked for that day. So we wasted another few hours to drive up and be told that their cameraman was sent out in the military and they had no one else trained. We got our refund and got out of that sh*t show. They had multiple ways to contact us (email, calling) and let us know that there would be issues with our experience. But they couldn’t be bothered. They clearly don’t care about their customers, poorly staffed, poor communication, and the hanger is a barn at best. Would highly recommend not wasting your time with Skydive Gan !

SkyDive Gananoque was amazing!! My Dad and I enjoyed our jump last Saturday. It was my first time, my Dad has jumped before (ex paratrooper). The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our tandem instructors were great! We loved every minute! Totally recommend!

What can I say? This hands down was a life changing experience. I took note at how personable the instructors were which helped me feel more comfortable and less scary!

Poorly maintained aircraft meant our flight got cancelled due to mechanical failure at take off. If that isn’t scary enough the owners refused to refund the deposits stating we could “reschedule”. Even had we not driven two hours to get there we would not likely want to trust this place!
