We saw both "Blind Date" at the Firehall Theatre at 2:30 and "Don't Dress For Dinner" at the Springer Theatre at 8:00. In "Blind Date" they pick a male from the audience to be the blind date and it depends on the chosen one on...More

The play was great and the atmposhere equally so. I saw the The Pirates of Penzance, an adaptation thereof, situated on the Canada/USA border and with a pirate captain speaking with a thick French Quebecquois accent. The play was great, very animated, very entertaining and...More

Attended the preview showing of this French farce last night. It was hilarious. Lot's of twists and turns. More physical comedy than I expected. The audience seemed to really enjoy the show. Well done!

Delightful, intimate theater with a wonderful staff! We saw the comedy "Blind Date" and laughed our sides sore for almost the entire one hour and thirty minute performance. Minnie was incredible, witty and outrageously funny. This was the greatest one woman performance I have seen.

The play was hilarious. We really enjoyed the audience participation and improv aspects of the performance. Getting to mingle with the cast prior to the show made it all the more interesting and really heightened the anticipation. Bravo

a great topping for a day trip to the 1000 Islands area. Good quality shows, presented very professionally. Good value. Comfortable, almost intimate setting. Great view as well from the outdoor dockside!

This is a wonderful, small venue theatre that produces high end plays. The atmosphere is amazing and you feel as though you have stepped back in time.

Checking on my past reviews I can't figure out why I never reviewed the Thousand Island Playhouse in Gananoque before this. Hubby and I have been going there for many years. We buy the full season (7) plays and enjoy the theatre so much that...More

In relation to the cruise, I really cannot answer that question. What I can say is that there is a lot of hills around the harbour to walk, and it may be an impediment to your happiness. However, I assume the cruises are... More
