I rented one kayak for half a day and it was a great experience. Kayaking in and out between the many islands was wonderful. Talking to the staff made me feel comfortable they had in deed lots of experience and know what they talked about.

Scott and his team have once again delivered a terrific result ! I took the Paddle Canada Level 2 course this summer and the 5-day course went off without a hitch. Tons of subject knowledge and expertise, and seamless execution going on in the background. Great facility, too-notch equipment and friendly people everywhere to round out your paddling experience. Two thumbs up for sure !!

A full-day of guided kayaking on the 100 Islands. We got to see many of the islands and hear their stories and tales.

Went with Ryan on the half day tour. Conditions were excellent so the three hours was no problem for my novice kayaker wife. (Nevertheless, she had sore lat muscles the next day.) Ryan took us to spots where we likely would not have found if we went ourselves and had lots of local stories to tell, some from the “tour script” others in response to questions. Kayaks were high quality and in very good condition. Launching and returning was very easy. They have an excellent dock and people to assist.

We did the 3 hour morning kayak. Ryan, our guide, was excellent. He gave us lots of tips to make the most out of our trip. He was very knowledgeable about the area and told some interesting stories about the islands. Beautiful conditions that made it very enjoyable. Highly recommend for beginners or experienced kayakers.

We had a beautiful calm day on the water - there were lots of islands a short paddle away - and lots of coves and shoreline to explore. We had a tandum kayak and enjoyed the stability and ease of use. Perfect afternoon out on the water. (Helping getting the kayak to the water and back to the store.) Everything we needed was provided.

Awesome guided half-day tour.
Clear instructions on how to kayak properly, suitable of all with different kayaking skill level.
The tour guides are super friendly, and very knowledgeable about the place. The sceneries are very beautiful. Well-planned tour!

Had a wonderful afternoon out on the water with Luke, seeing plenty of wildlife - including blue herons and even an osprey's nest. Learned lots of details about the 1000 islands that I hadn't heard before and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Renting kayaks here was easy! We are pretty experienced paddlers but appreciated the quick safety overview. The kayaks and paddles are good quality and the kayaking around the islands is fantastic! We will absolutely be back for more kayaking!

The kayaking was perfect! Lucas was great, funny and knowledgeable!! Drove in from Barrie (North of Toronto) would do it again in a sec!! Kayaked a lot in BC, this was a very different but awesome experience!! Thanks so much :)

I am looking at the overnight camping/kayaking. How many people on this tour in total generally? How many people per tent? Sleepng mats or ground? Coffee in the morning?

Hi Carely,
We run with an 8:1 ration, 8 participants to one guide. For our camping trips we do not exceed 16 people.
Typically we put groups who book together in the same tent. If you are an individual you will get your own tent. We do provide all camping equipment, including sleeping pads. We do not provide sleeping bags
Yes, there is absolutely coffee in the morning. Your guides on the camping trip will have it ready for when you wake up.

Hello, yes all guided tours and courses need to be booked in advance. Rental packages can be reserved or booked on-site for walk-in clients. We recommend a reservation as walk-ins are first come first serve and our fleet of kayaks gets booked up quickly for weekends.
We do not have an on-line reservation system available so it is best to call or e-mail our office at 613-329-6265

Mon ami et moi même sommes très intéressés concernant une excursion au kayak au travers des milles îles.
Nous aimerions en prendre plein la vue en terme de paysage!
Pour pouvoir nous décider, nous aimerions connaître les réels différences entre le half day trip et le full day trip.
Et être certain que le but principal est bien de découvrir les plus beaux sites et paysages ainsi que la faune local.
