Sculptures worth visiting

The grounds were flooded but we still got to enjoy the sculptures. Well worth visiting. After the park go to the waterfront. very pleased with all the new buildings.

My friends and I were wandering around Gananoque and happened upon this park exhibiting metal sculptures. We enjoyed the (presumably permanent) sculptures depicting birds of the area - notably the blue heron made from sheet metal. The other sculptures, though, were too abstract to make sense of: disorganized metal writhing on the ground, collections of geometrical shapes seemingly assembled at... More

Walking through this park was relaxing with the water flowing and all of the sculptures around the park.

I am always amazed at the beautiful sculptures in this park. We love to walk to the park in the summer, view the beautiful falls/waterfall, the sculptures and there are beautiful swans living there every summer. Don't pass this by if you in Gananoque. You can walk or sit, have lunch and just enjoy the scenery.

We stumbled on this park by accident and what a lovely place it is for those who enjoy modern sculpture. I was drawn to the park seeing swans eating there and I loved just wandering and reading the signs for each piece, wishing I had more time to see all the pieces.

Nice little park and we were expecting more sculptures though. You have to watch were walking especially in the grass because of the goose droppings

A few interesting sculptures in a pretty greenspace. Nothing really special but certainly a nice place for an after dinner stroll. There is a very small picnic space with charcoal bbq facilities.

My husband and I found this to be a unique little park. The sculptures were made of metal, for the most part. The subject matter was abstract and wildlife. We took our time walking around and went over the bridge where we viewed a canal lock. It was a pleasant 30 or 40 minutes.

We couldn't believe that this park is said to be Canada's largest outdoor sculpture park! There were sculptures but not that many and the park is small. We had a hot dry summer so the grass was burnt and unattractive.

Nice quiet walk, watch out for all the bird poop ( tons of it ) along the grass areas not a place to lay a blanket or eat - nice sculptures took a lot of pics -

Thank dave c
