Awful customer service. We booked a rafting trip for the next day. When we got to our room that night we opened the email with details and it said we had to meet and park on a roadside turnout. We called first thing in the morning to tell them we were on motorcycles and could not park them with all our bags on a roadside turnout for 6 hours. We were told we could park at their office in Fermin bc. We had to be there 30 minutes earlier and it was 30 minutes further away. We could not safely get there in that amount of time. They said because it was not 48 hours in advance we could not cancel. We had only booked 20 hours before. We asked them to keep the money for the lunch and return some money. That’s when they got super rude and never returned the money. $700.00 for nothing. 😡

Greetings Jamie. Im sorry you were disappointed with your experience. You were told at the time of booking that you would be driving the 50 min to Elko and parking at the rest stop. We also offered alternative places to park, and offered to delay the entire rafting trip just for you so that you would have enough time to make it when you wanted to cancel an hour before the trip. We did our best to accommodate you and we simply cannot cancel that close to the trip as the guide is already working, your food is already prepared and all your gear is on the bus. Sincere apologies.

WOW! What a fun and majestic trip down the St. Mary River. Even with water levels being very low the Kooteney Raft Co, managed to make our first experience kayaking/rafting a river a great time. A great workout for this 'old' guy was worth all the soreness today, thanks to our very friendly and knowledgable guide, Matao.

Amazing adventure! Went with our three kids ages 7, 9, and 12. Just the right level of difficulty and a lot of fun! Our guide, Michael, made us feel safe and gave us a lot of information about the scenery on our ride. We will definitely be doing this again next time we’re in the area!

Went on the St. Mary’s Express rafting trip today! This was our 1st ever rafting experience. We were a family of 4, (2 - 15 year old boys). Could not have asked for a better experience. Our guide Zack was awesome, great instruction and very personable! Everyone had a great time!

Two of our Elizabeth Lake Lodge staff members said it was their highlight adventure so far in 2023. Zak their guide was amazing and it was the perfect balance between safety and adrenalin.

We had the whole family ages 11 to 74 on this thrip and we ALL had a grand old time.
I was a lite nervous at first but got reassurance from the guides and other rafters.
The Zodiacs were strong and in excellent repair.
I was in a two person kayak which was really exciting.

It's a half day tour- roughly a 4 hour return trip that has you on the water between 1.5-2 hours...hope this helps!

They are discounted for rafting guests to, by 20% off. You can reeerve online or call the shop at 250-320-7624.
