    Fun for everyone!
Fun and informative, especially the young lady by the lobster tanks is very knowledgeable. If it's raining outside on your vacation, extend your fun (for any reason) and visit here. They also had an art display auction and gift shop.

    Behind the Scenes Tour
My adult son and I did the hour-long "Behind the Scenes" tour and it was very informative. We saw holding tanks not open to the public, leaned about the diets and preparation, and how sea water is brought in and filtered. A good tour for adults.

    Book a Huntsman Marine Experience!
Great little aquarium with touch tanks for people to get to know the animals. It isn't a huge place, but for the size it pack a big punch. But the best thing to do is to book one of their "Experiences", and then visit the aquarium as part of that package. We did the Citizen Scientist Marine Cruise, and everyone on board loved it. The captain really welcomed a million questions from my 10 year old, and the scientist leading the trip was knowledgeable, helpful, and guided the group really well!

A fun way to spend an hour or two
It's a smaller aquarium that focuses on the surrounding area. It takes about an hour to ninety minutes if you pause at each exhibit. The most interesting exhibits were the touch tank, where under staff supervision, you can hold starfish, hermit crabs, urchins, and clams. There are also three seals in residence. They also have some very rare lobsters, including several blue and one albino. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Two separate staff members struck up a conversation and answered questions about exhibits we were interested in.

Many negative changes in recent years but this year they really got us when they said they no longer accept Canadian dollars. If my hard earned Canadian money is not good enough...well I have it all on the beach infront of my house anyway. Sad we will never be back, hopefully they begin accepting Canadian currency since it is in Canada and all..

Honestly this is a very tiny and depressing aquarium. You could walk through it in 5 minutes. We spent far more time skipping rocks on the beach. Due to Covid you couldn’t use the touch pond, and the small kids area was closed. They shouldn’t charge more than $2 a head to get into the facility. I knew what to expect before we got there but we had a super pass thing and it included entry to the aquarium which was the only reason why we went. I would not recommend visiting here especially because the only highlight is the touch pond. There are hardly any fish there and the tanks look dirty.

Very enjoyable visit. Due to COVID-19 the touch tanks are off limits and part of the children's area are off limits.

The seals are absolutely fun to watch.

The staff is super professional and friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have.

The touch tank was still very interesting to view, they had lobsters who were molting their shells.

They also had baby lobsters in a separate tank, so cool to see.

Downstairs they had some very interesting fish in different tanks, wolf eels, salmon ect.

You can even view the seals from downstairs through a looking glass into their tank, or upstairs above water.

The facility is extremely clean, with a very nice gift shop that has books and puzzles, stuffed animals, hats backpacks and small toys and educational items.

I will definitely recommend and definitely return.

Arrived here at 4:15 pm and they close at 5 pm. I had to ask where to start the visit no one took the initiative to guide us...had no clue where we were going. The place was empty no visitors. Not much to see here in my opinion. We were told that it takes usually 45 mins to visit. We were done in 20 mins. Not worth our time.

Very dissapointed. This place should be not charging fees. It is so neglected, clearly nobody cleaned the aquariums for a really long time. Poor fish and poor seals. The seals were very sad and looked unhappy.

We were disappointed at what was offered for the price. The tide exhibit wasn't working, the touch pool is just a few items in a separate container of water, and it's a small aquarium overall. It's definitely interesting for a short stop but at the current prices not worth going back more than once.
