We enjoyed our crossing. The ship was very comfortable with plenty of seating, a lounge and a small restaurant. We arrived about 30 minutes before the scheduled departure and parked in line. Soon an agent began walking the line, giving each car a ticket. You...More

We were heading for Saguenay fjord, and took the ferry from Riviere du Loup. The ferry dock was easy to find using GPS. Also there is a website that tells you the ferry schedule. Look for traverserdl. We arrived at the dock at 610 am...More

The ferry is a means of transportation. You may be lucky to see cetecean but don't count on it Get a ticket and pay the fare onboard during the crossing. Seating inside and out. Basic service.

On this ferry we saw Belugas, Humpbacks, Orcas, Dolphins and many others. A complete success by the captain. Yes it is cold, but with the view you almost forget. This was an amazing sightseeing adventure.

We took this 65-minute crossing from Riviere-du-Loup to Saint-Simeon in order to approach Quebec City through the more scenic north side of the Saint Laurent. Beautiful views and whales--many pilot whales and even a beluga. Worth it. Lots of pedestrian travelers.

Was enjoying the great view of the river by walking on the ferry dock and watching the waves hitting the shore.

It was a perfect day to be on the water and siting on the upper deck in the sunshine made for a great morning. The ferry was very clean and the staff was professional.
