Heritage Forest in Qualicum Woods is a wonderful place to wander on a hot day through old growth trees. It is a historical place with a mansion at the end where movie stars used to visit in the 1930's.

Beautiful walk for all ages. So much less crowded than Cathedral grove and just as impressive. Highly recommended.

We visit Qualicum Beach twice a year, and always make time to walk in Heritage Forest. It is always peaceful and quiet. We never see many others walking there. We will continue to visit.

This gem of a forest is a gorgeous little walk in the middle of town. Right across from the Memorial Golf Course and a stones throw from the beach. Only a short walk to town.

We live next door to the 50 acre Heritage Forest. I use this trail almost everyday. Most of the trees are 150 year old mature Douglas fir. The oldest tree is 700 years old. You will find a variety of forest birds including warblers, flycatchers...More

Went for a nice hike in the forest with my mom's walking club. There are trees over 800 years old mixed in everywhere. A beautiful place to spend a few hours.

A quiet, unassuming set of trails that take you through an old stand of very tall trees. The trails meander by Beach Creek which a few short blocks away empties into the ocean. There are a few benches where you can rest and enjoy the...More
