It is a small beach and mostly rocky. But the view is why you are there. We were there at sunset and we got the best photos of the day.

Many people were here for camping and kayaking. We came to admire the views and take photos. Very beautiful in places, and at sunset.

I wouldn't recommend this beach for swimming it's too rocky. This beach seemed like a "locals favorite" sort of place. There were huge waves so I would also wonder about undertow here. This could be a nice place to look at the stars. It's located...More

This is a beautiful, rocky beach. Worth getting to and relaxing. Wear swim socks as it is very rocky, but beautiful!

Good place to visit, especially if your heading east to Timmins. Good spot to stretch your legs and enjoy scenery/beach. Mining monument is a nice touch.

It was a pleasant warm day (72f and humid). Locals only beach. Take a walk along the coarse sand and climb up the flat rocks that jut out to lake superior. Be careful with the slippery rocks. There's a secluded inland lagoon where campers pitch...More

Great views of of harbour. Nice walk, not very busy. If you are a kayaker this is heaven. Check out the lookout just prior to making way down to the beach.
