I'm not sure they supply waterproof clothing, more like a wetsuit that keeps you warm (including booties and potentially gloves), and you wear a bathing suit underneath. Bring a towel and dry, warm/comfy clothes for after.

Hi there, We raft on 3 rivers the Toby Creek, Kicking Horse, and Kootenay. We suggest that you can try the Kootenay river it is class 2/3 white water however it is the more calmer and milder river that we have. All ages are able to enjoy this river and the scenery is like no other. You do hit a few rapids and they do bounce a bit but it is also a lot of floating on the river to. Depending on your pain, I would suggest just a half day on the river however if you're in to much pain we don't want you to be hurt even more!

Hi! Sorry for the late answer! So we have 3 different rivers, all with different prices and age restrictions. * Toby Creek is minimum 8 years old. Prices are 65.10$ for adults and 54.60$ for kids for a 1.5 hour trip. * Kootenay River is minimum 5 years old. There is few options : - Full day trip: 6 hours on the river. 123.90$ for adults and 97.65 for kids (included snacks and lunch). - Half day trip : 2.5 hours on the river. 86.10$ for adults and 66.15$ for kids (included snacks). * Kicking Horse river is minimum 12 years old. The trip is 2.5 hours on the water for the Classic option or 4.5 hours for the Ultimate option. 120.75$ for the Classic trip and 162.75$ for the Ultimate trip. For both those trips you can have a barbecue option for 12$ more. Our barbecue is a very good quality, with Steak, chicken or vegetarian option, salads, garlic bread... Hi Jane, The half day trip has Class 2-3 Rapids on it but we use 18ft rafts which are extremely stable and if you are nervous sitting closer to the back of the boat is a smoother ride.
