We enjoyed our visit and got lots of photos. We suggest that the website be updated regularly; it indicated that there were no concessions open but there were. It would be nice if the cost of the tram were included in the admission cost, and if it had some English-language trips.

Everything about the experience worked out well, from the pre-booking, to ease of parking, efficiency of park entry, layout of the area, the mix of attractions (including the water park which was the highlight of the day for our family), the visibility of the zoo animals, the food options in the main restaurant, and so on. It was a bit stressful with so few people wearing masks including in some of the enclosed spaces such as the water park washrooms, however we wore our masks in areas that required it and did our best to keep distance from others despite the big crowds. Definitely not a 1-day getaway for those that live a few hours away, however we did an overnight in Montreal which made it a near-perfect visit.

We bought the 2 pm tickets for me and my son and they wouldn't let us in at 1:40 pm until 2 pm because that is their policy.
Yet it was raining and I mentioned to them that my son is autistic and cannot stand the rain.
They let us wait in the rain instead of having the courtesy to let us in a few mins earlier share on them

There service is meant to make a profit…
We are 9 people (4 parents and 5 kids ages 6 and under) that are looking to have a great day tomorrow, but they are 90% calling for thundershowers and rain, knowing full well that this will impact our experience
We asked to change our reservation date to another date (not asking for a refund) and they refused…
Their answer was there are pavilions there are other experiences that you can still enjoy… not understanding the point they are still refusing… secondly because of Covid they are taking advantage of people by forcing them to go the day reserved and not offering a refund, while prior to covid you could show up the day of and buy your daily tickets
This is disgrace of a client experience and pure robbery of people’s money
Extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone from going here
Maybe Parc Safari has a better client service

Incredible! Came in 2012 with four young kids, and returned in 2021 with the youngest three. It was disappointing that some thing were closed due to COVID but it’s totally understandable. This zoo is amazing for families and the water park is a blast for all. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful time visiting the zoo, rides, and waterpark. We got a great one day deal from Hotel Castel. You could easily spend a whole day at the zoo or waterpark. Our 8 year old scraped her knee and staff at the marche helped her by getting us antiseptic and a bandaid.
One thing did concern us though. While in the waterpark, we noticed that park staff and and the police appeared to be harassing the one black family in the park. We watched for a bit out of concern for them (what problem could possibly require the presence of two police officers?) when a blonde woman working for the park came over and rudely told us to move along in French. It was unclear why they were being ticketed.
Interestingly, while walking through the zoo which is supposed to be smoke and vape-free, I saw several white people smoking and vaping on benches who weren't being harassed by police. It appears the park arbitrarily chooses who they will persecute based on skin color. Watch for discrimination here.

And I'll keep coming back. It's a small zoo but very clean. Many animals and educational areas. Friendly staff, clean toilet facilities. The food in the restaurant was decent. Easy to take in during a single day. Parking was free. The only downside was the rain....but pretty sure that's beyond their control. Great for families, couples....

Post covid is perfect time to visit. You have to buy tickets ahead which limits numbers. You can see the whole zoo in short time. Some exhibits closed but so muxh still to see. Animals are all out ... was nice to see in more relaxed setting....only downfall was restaurant... staff are not well prepared...so either bring your own food in coolers...or have lots of patients.

Morning was cloudy so not crowded which made social distancing easier. Animals were active and looked healthy. Several areas were inaccessible due to COVID or for renovations but enough was opened to still make it worthwhile and pleasant. Loved the kangaroos, flamingos and the giraffes. The employee at the gorilla area was very knowledgeable and greeted everyone with a smile. Several picnic tables available in shaded areas to sit eat lunch. Only negative was the monorail ride. Ticket booth lineup and actually train lineup not well marked and no employee there to direct. SInce they only allow every second wagon to be filled it takes longer to get on. Young children get very impatient and social distancing is almost impossible. Highly recommend they rethink that set-up and assign an employee.

A nice size zoo with signage in French and English, but even though I asked if the talks were just in French, or English too and was told "both" when getting tickets, they were actually just in French so we feel we missed out on a significant part of the attraction. If I'd paid full price, I would have complained!

All pricing is available on their web site. Just FYI the best value is the family pass; 2 adults + 2 children.
Have fun.
