Beautiful scenery, want to return in the summer. The only thing I did not like was paid parking - it should be free to access the trails.

Love all the variety of paths and the skiing. Very well maintained and great people that ski it! Trail #1 is my favorite from P10

Trails are very well groomed, warm up huts are plentiful, scenery is stunning, and the staff are informed, helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time skiing the trails for parts of three days. Note that the difficulty levels are different from usual. Instead of...More

A must see - especially in the fall with the varied coloring changes of the leaves. Preferable to visit during the week - weekends are extremely busy (lots and lots of cars).

Gatineau and Ottawa are lucky to have such a beautiful park so close by, and to have it managed by the National Capital Commission. Drives and walks in the autumn, when the leaves are at their peak in color, are among my favorite memories, but...More

Absolutely awesome. beautiful scenery with a option to park and explore trails. Nice lake and creeks with wildlife all around and to top it off it’s a stone throw away from Ottawa. Highly recommended.

It amazes me that Gatineau Park is so close to Ottawa. We went snowshoeing and had a great time. Although we brought our own, the Visitors Center rents them (no poles, which were vital for some of the climbs and descents). There were two trails...More

Sorry I didn't see this question before, TA just brought it to my attention recently. You can still visit the southern part of the park, and it's still worth going, in my opinion, but of course it depends on how much you're... More
