Very much enjoyed our visit to this museum. First - the architecture. Viewed from afar, it is very reminiscent of a longhouse (fitting, considering the nation's history), also is tied in with the natural world. A beautiful building. And one should walk down the side...More

Very interesting museum, lots to see. it is a bit pricey but great collection of Canadian history, especially indigenous cultures. as everyone else has said, the totems were one of the highlights!!!!!

Unfortunately we only had an hour to see the museum, and you really need 3 hours to see the 3 floors of the museum. The girl at the desk recommended the 3rd floor as it was the newest exhibit, following Canada’s history. Interesting, informative multi-media...More

A complete and thorough exhibition of Canadian history from many different perspectives. All the exhibits were extremely well done. The architecture of the building is phenomenal.

I was there on Thursday when there is no entry fee after 5pm. I absolutely loved it. There was a hockey exhibition on at that time. Many kids around as well, so I would say it's a good place for families to go, as well.

Underground parking. I think we paid $13 to stay there all day.
