I went to the Canadian Museum of History on a number of school trips and it was good then, but the new additions and focus have made it spectacular. It's not always easy to learn about the not so great aspects of Canadian History but...More

Visited the museum on a Thursday after work as we had heard it was open late, the surprise was that it was also free for that day as well (normally $20). Really needed to do this on a non work day to take it all...More

Very nice building with beautiful sites around and a first floor that often has events or markets going on. Unfortunately I feel the museum itself is lacking. The special exhibits are always amazing, but the permanent exhibits are a bit lacking and I feel like...More

First time here. Started with Imax movie with history of CP Rail, then on to history. This museum layout is extremely user-friendly! Path is clear and displays are very well positioned. Even if busy, still airy. Learned a lot!
